By in United States,

Even if you consider this a Day One purchase, Lego is advertising VIPs get Double Points on all purchases 6/9-6/13. In the US, you should probably wait

By in United States,

I wish they would increase the tax to $40.00.

By in United States,

I mean the set is decent, but not for the price or the box. The box looks cool, but completely unnecessary for me.

But I do like the depth of the cave and how much detail they achieved. I have my own batcave MOC I was working on that I paused since I heard this was going to be a set. So I may have to take some ideas from this set for how to do my own.

Where's the cool DC sets at? The daily planet, the tower of fate, hall of justice - these are just some of the options they have for a big DC build.

It's weird that Lego hasn't updated their site for a while, and puts all the other DC characters on par with batman when there hasn't been a non-batman focused set since 2020.

@Wasthereonce:
Oh, it’s even worse than that. 42155 wasn’t listed as a Batman set, last I checked.

I think the watch tower would be great.

That's a good idea Was-there. A big Daily Planet building ala' how they did the Daily Bugle. Would look fantastic with the Saturn-like globe atop and tons of figs battling throughout.
And a Hall of Justice sound great too, then to contrast, a Hall of Doom with the 'darth-vader' dome. I'd be all over that!

"Limit is 5. Guess its not selling well ROFL "

Limit-5 appears to be the default for anything except maybe CMFs. They have to manually change it to anything different, and will only do so if they’re trying to unload leftover stock before retiring it, or they see that people are burning through initial stock too fast. For a normal launch, that number isn’t likely to change.

By in United Kingdom,

I saw this in display in the Leeds Lego Store, and it's a much bigger than I realised. I like it a lot but I'm going to hold out for a discount on this one.

Tower of Fate would be cool but it’s not well-known enough to sell, Hall of Justice might have a similar problem but not to the same extent. We should get a Daily Planet and maybe Watchtower for sure, though.

Warner Bros. is hurting money... Not sure if they give lego money make sets though or something. Think they receive money license it ...

By in Australia,

very nice and unique set, well done to the designers. Real shame about the price, but you must admit they did price it better then last years Marvel sets D2C mech and Black Panther Bust.
Ill keep an eye on this one!
