Wow, amazing set, disappointing the helmet holes are still there. Finally the super battle droids are back, would be a new mould for them. And the long-awaited plain phase 2 clones are here, The speeder build is stupid but the turret is okay, look like remakes from the original clone battle back: 7655.

The STAP is awesomely designed same goes for the tri-droid. Weird that it has flick-fire missiles though! I like the box art showing Christophsis, What an amazing deal!

A modernized version of the very first SW battle pack 7655 really is fitting for the 25th anniversary of Lego Star Wars. Also bringing back Supers and being a fairy balanced set it's probably one of the best battle packs they've ever made. Models are all good, though the speeder is somewhat comical by modern standards but still a nice update.

Where are you seeing the price? Has TLG confirmed it?

I really don't know about the gray cheeks for the clones. It's supposed to be a contour shadow, but it looks like paint to me. I don't know if they have a lighter ink or could've done dithering, but ultimately if you don't like it and know how to remove prints you could erase that section. It's kind of funny how the droids in the set have the distribution of lots of battle packs of the most common troops being the minority, with 3 supers and two regulars.

I'm buying like 10 of those battle packs at least!

I’ve seen M&R, Life Bricks, Promobricks, Falcon Fan 1414, Brick Clicker and the brick tap discord all confirm it to be $30

I hope these super battle droids arms don't brake, I still feel the sting from buying 7654

Nubs is overrated. Lys is clearly the best of the Young Jedi. I like that Nubs is freakishly strong, and it's fun that he's a botanist, but I just can't stand the voice. Baby voice is suddenly a language in Star Wars, and I'm not mad at Dee Bradley Baker, he's doing what's been asked, but man, it does not help the character of Nubs, who is clearly just there to be a mascot and sell toys. Luckily they have used him to better degree in more recent episodes.
But Lys is still better. She seems to be the most mature of the cast while still having that naivete that comes with youth. She's still got plenty of room to grow and learn, but can be easily distracted by all her animal friends. Good flaws, but nothing overtly negative. People are hyping up the wrong blue Jedi, it should be Lys!

Yes, finally! I love the battle pack! The minifig selection is outstanding, and I love the Separatist builds! While I'm not particularly fond of the Republic builds, I intend on scrapping them anyway so it doesn't matter. They contain some good parts. I'm curious to see how the new super battle droids compare. Also, the designer giving us a droid with two straight arms since the other droid requires two bent is brilliant. I also appreciate the clip for the other droids weapon. I'm curious to see if there will be helmet attachments provided, and if so, what they might be. Regardless I will probably get two. Although I think I will go the route of the og 501st pack, and wait until they are $24.

The Crimson Firehawk is probably the best +4 Star Wars set ever! The builds and Minifigs look fantastic! This has been a pretty great start across all of the themes so far!

@TheBrickPal Bricks by Mind has posted a video about the upcoming Ninjago Dragons Rising Season 2 sets. You should be able to find them on the Luckybricks instagram and the kids site on Lego.com

By in United States,

I'll believe $30 for the battle pack when TLG says so. Each half of this set could be a $20 set, so I'm expecting $40.

By in United States,

I want 75372! I missed out on 75036, so another chance to get an Octuptarra droid is awesome, and I've been wanting more SBDs for ages. I don't like the price, but I will bite the bullet (bite the blaster bolt?) and get it.

"Enough"? There is no such quantity!

By in Australia,

Battle pack is excellent, as expected. Disappointed by the number of B1s but hopefully this opens the floodgates for more CIS sets. In for 24. As for the other one, it’ll look great alongside all the other unsold high republic garbage on the clearance shelf. Disney just refuses to give the fans what we want when it comes to Star Wars. I can see LEGO reusing that big red wing piece for a 4+ T-6 Jedi Shuttle.

No new Mandalorian or Ahsoka sets? :(

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Nice battlepack and Nubs!

Gravatar
By in United States,

I think this is the first battlepack to actually feel like it's a decent value with the price bump.
I like how it includes a small group of droids rather than one or two like past ones. A well-sized Spider Droid helps make both the enemy forces and the set more substantial.

By in Hungary,

It is...acceptable.

By in United Kingdom,

You get a speeder bike, and you get a speeder bike, and you get a speeder bike!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

It's ma boy Nubs!!!!!!!
For a 4+ set it at least has interesting parts and a nice printed windscreen, so picking it for parts and the awesome figs is a decent purchase.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

That The Crimson Firehawk has to be the least Star Wars looking Star Wars set ever made.....is this actually a thing?

75384 is an Animal Crossing set, right?

Gravatar

Battle Pack is really nostalgic. I want it.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Really need more Andor based sets, a UCS Rix Road would be a day one purchase for me.

Gravatar
By in Puerto Rico,

Man, the Octuparra Magna Tri-Droid!!!

Gravatar
By in United States,

That battle pack (surprised LEGO's calling it that, since they just called 75280 "501st Legion Clone Troopers") does not disappoint! I don't even care about the helmet holes, I'm just glad to be getting plain Phase 2 clones! My only complaints are that there are more super battle drouds than normal battle droids which is gonna get annoying when army-building. And also I think the shock trooper should've been replaced with another grunt. But I'm still gonna pick this up anyways!

The Crimson Firehawk is kinda cool but Nash looks derpy as all heck

Gravatar
By in Austria,

shame that the actually good aliens (Quarren, Duros, Mon Calamari, Devaronians, Bith, etcpp) are so rare, instead we get some weird blue furby-looking mf

the clone pack is top tier though

Gravatar
By in Italy,

I want that cute blue furry pet... I mean Jedi.

Gravatar
By in Germany,

Tri Droid looks much better than the Utapau Clone Battlepack but it's still not good. The ball really needs texture or printing.

Nice to see a nice mass of standard droids in an armybuilder again but I don't trust that these are going to have tight joints for more than a year of display.

I feel like the Shock Trooper should have been a different legion with more army building potential but oh well, not like I am buying since they keep the animated styling. And Shock trooper is still a better choice than the 2011 and 2012 clone battlepacks had.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

It's not a proper wave until they have Mechs.

Gravatar
By in United States,

For those saying there should have been more B1s than B2s, why? We haven't had B2s for nearly a decade. Surely in that timeframe you have amassed a sizable quantity of B1s to offset this set's spread? Sets such as the 501st legion clone troopers and Republic Fighter Tank have given you two B1s for every set. I guess I just don't see it as a problem.

Wow! If it is just US $30, thats a good deal compared to the current $20 sets, when it is basically 2 of those.

Simple: Somebody noticed that the largest vehicle had no weapons as play-feature. Insteadf of redesigning it for stud-shooter or so, somebody else decided, that putting flick missiles in some holes that were there anyways would be enough...
