I LOVE IT
If this would be a retail set i would probably buy it. But i am not keen to spend 200€ on other sets to get this stickerfest. For that amaount i want to have those parts printed because only the best is good enough...right?
The year has almost just started and new babies are already coming - sort of at least. LEGO should be numbering them like BrickHeadz. Now the big question is, which colour should be baby 16 and baby 17?
Already available here at least. Got one 7 hours ago. Trouble is finding something to buy as everything I want is out of stock and been like that for quite some time. Ended up getting Megapolis City and Tantive as I didn’t want to miss this GWP.
It's so cute!
I'm all for a movie with baby astronauts exploring the universe and poopin' everywhere!
I hope the 2024 speed champions reviews will come by the last week of february
Ordered and now the website won't let me back in

It's pink according to leaks. It will come in the Space Nurse in the next minifigure series
Yet again, really frustrated by the fact that I won't be legally allowed to make online purchases for another 2 months

You can always buy it for 30€ on internet, maybe Bricklink, like 40580.

Oh, that’s just great. Then we have baby 18.
Given I the only set I want right now is 60430 Interstellar Spaceship at £17.99 (I bought everything else last month), and I'd just be buying other sets for the hell of it, I went for ebay. Many 40712 are on there for £90+, some are £45, but I found one seller at under £39 for a MISB. They still have a few left if anyone's interested in this option.
I was able to cancel my previous 3/1 release preorders and repurchase in order to get this free gift. I know doing that is simple and obvious but I still feel like an evil genius haha
Sending back all your orders, just to get the GWP goes brrrrr

Not the worst thing Germany has done in the last century, I suppose. Still, not exactly great for the climate. Brrrrr."
I mean, yeah sure, but I'd argue you can put that on Lego for their anti consumer business practices. This wouldn't be an issue, if they just sold the stuff on it's own.
Hmm, interesting. I'll get it more the free gift angle than an actual interest in classic Space.

As for right now this set is about 50€ on ebay. Thats insane in my opinion. Bricklink is mostly more expensive for what i have compared. Have not watched it though because my general interest for this set is nearby zero..

It is only just out. Give it time and it will drop once many people have them.

I agree, was about to start an argument with the wife why I needed to buy more lego, saw stickers, argument avoided

Also, I will proudly post about that on the internet. Brrrrr.""

Not…that nurse. She’s not exactly dressed for hard vacuum (though her skull is certainly filled with it).

An argument with the wife is always critical. Better dont. Its not worth it!
Its adult oriented combined with nostalgia and especially in this case its a big let down for the real fans in my personal opinion. By the way, i share no childhood memories with the classic sets these are intend to "copy". This is a set for hobby starters. Keen to spend 200€ on other stuff to get what they maybe had somehow different in their childhood. Or not.
Anyways, watch out what and where to buy at which time. I guess the price for this set will skyrocket in value anyways. Sad, but thats what it will be i reckon.

Exactly. It was the same with Blacktron.
Huge space fan and love the idea of them revisiting some of the classic sets and re-designing them with a modern aesthetic, but the micro aspect is really a turn-off for me. Sadly I think I'll be passing on this one.
