Sad we finally get Kevin, but not in minifigure scale.

By in Switzerland,

LOTR looks nice, but Gimli is too tall.

WTF am I talking about, brickheadz are all out of proportion anyway. More in comparison to Legolas.

Love, love, LOVE the Up characters! And the LOTR are also going to fit well with the others, and they look great! Thanks LEGO for more love for Up! What a great movie and these are so cool!

By in Canada,

Kevin is not a Brickhead, it's just a "Lego Classic" build. It's not using the design language they have for this series, which is the main thing about it.

Mirabel and Inside out are really well executed.

By in United States,

KEVIN IS BACK! but why would they not include him in the UP house set?

By in Netherlands,

Better toss Gimli....

Great, now I might have to pick up the other LOTR brickheadz.

Something looks off with Carl, like he’s wearing a tank top.

Kevin’s style looks similar to the roadrunner.

By in Sweden,

Really happy this line is still going.

Disappointed they’re only available in Lego stores at retail, higher if elsewhere. Miss the few ones that reached any random store. Mandalorian being one of the exceptions.

However, only the Up set interest me this time. But despite that, I think all look great

Wow. I detest almost all Brickheadz.

But, these are pretty good.

Anticipating a big LotRs reveal in a couple of months now that we have new LotRs Brickheadz in the mix.

I was initially never into them but could not resist the Road Runner / Coyote, Tusken, and Chip / Dale. Goofy and Pluto are also simply fantastic, though Tusken is hands down my favorite. Please give them another look.

Kevin's a girl : )

So glad the Inside Out 2 Brickheadz included my girl Sadness, I was annoyed the mood cubes don't come with a mini....doll of her, she's the stand out of the first movie! Fingers crossed for Brickheadz of the rest of the emotions someday!

I bowed to the great and wonderful Wall-e, and couldn't resist Tusken and Balrog.

Also got Child (cause of my child).

Not sure how they could make it fit in the language without it being kind of underwhelming so I guess they went outside the box a bit and I think it was a prudent compromise. I think it's still brickheady enough.

Nice pair to have, but as a set that still only counts as one!

That took me a second. Lol.

With Legolas and Gimli coming to the Brickheadz party, that leaves Boromir, Sam, Merry, and Pippin. I figure they have to be in the works, probably to be spread over the next couple of years.

But for me, Aragorn's King/wedding style doesn't quite fit in a 9 walkers/fellowship collection, so maybe they'll make a Strider, too?

Any new LoTR set is win. They nailed it with Legolas and Gimli.

It's a simple build, but I like Carl's cane in 40752. Also, took me a second to realize the Kevin's eyes were a new print.

The neck is too "S" shaped and rounded, brickheadz should be more blocky. This is just my opinion, don't shoot me :)

I like the Legolas and Gimli Brickheadz, but where are Frodo and Sam? This is just like when they made a "Looney Toons" Brickheadz set of Roadrunner and Wyle E. Coyote a few years ago, but none of the bigger characters. I would've loved a Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck set.

I second the notion, but in the beginning I bought several BrickHeadz as parts packs. For the then still quite rare but very useful 1x2x2 SNOT bricks that are now everywhere.
Plus back then you could often get them at 50% off, which made them quite a bargain.

Apparently, there are quite a few people who collect these. I wonder how many of those early sets that lingered are now sought after.

Are there any valuable Brickheadz other than the convention exclusives?

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I'll be getting the 2 new LOTR figures but only because I have the other LOTR ones and, in the words of Magnus Magnusson, "I've started so I'll finish".

Didn't ever plan to collect them but they were useful to bolster orders which fell short of the GWP threshold. Pity the new set wasn't available on Wednesday as I would have added it to get me over the ONE PENCE required to meet the threshold.........

Gravatar
By in Germany,

@StyleCounselor : I know that at least some have become quite expensive on the aftermarket. Several Harry Potter ones come to mind, also some Disney ones, or the Doc Brown / Marty McFly set.
Plus, at the top of the list, the usual suspects, the exclusives from Comic Con, from some store openings, and the TLM2 range that was only available in the US, from Target, and only for a very short time.

By in Canada,

Does anyone know if Carl, Russell, Kevin will be available in Canada? They are showing up on the US Lego site as coming soon but they aren't on the Canada Lego site. I really want to get these ones!
