Money already spent.

You'll have to wait until post-Barad-dûr.

Eh. For me any non-LOTR lego will have to wait until I have bought Barad-dûr and Rivendell.

By which time next year's LOTR set will be out and I'll have to buy that one too.

As a TFOL who still lives with their parents and somehow has the money for this, hard pass. Idk I'm not really interested in any space stuff unless its Star Wars :)

I want it, but I’m gonna hold off.
The sticker issue is really putting me off. I don’t mind stickers generally and I am usually pretty good at putting them on accurately, but reading the reviews and hearing of the number of stickers on curved parts has dampened this one.
It’s not putting the stickers on, it’s how long they will survive on a curved part that worries me

I thought I saw an additional GWP yesterday on Lego FR that should have lasted until may 21st, but it is gone now. 30663: Space Hoverbike + 30682: NASA Mars Rover Perseverance for purchases over 50€ in City and/or Friends categories (maybe others too).

Anyway, day 1 buy for 31212 as my walls are in desperate need of tasteful decoration!

Same in Germany! I got all three GwPs yesterday. And now I will buy 10341!

The Space Diner GWP showed up on the Australian site yesterday as the promo, but the page said ‘not available’. I waited until today and a call to customer service told me it won’t be live in Australia until the 20th. Now the polybags are the advertised GWP.

I’m sorry, but I can’t see any reason for the Artemis Launch System or Milky Way Art to include a single Nazgul. Fell Beast, maybe.

See, but without a Nazgul to oppress it, the Fell Beast will never scream to dissolve the resolve of men. You need the Nazgul. Also, a tiny deployable Lunar Rover.

The stickers are there to dissolve your resolve.

It would not be a super-expensive set aimed at adults and meant purely for display without that lip-licking, hit-or-miss sticker application "fun" now, would it?

Well, one part of the appeal is that they're typically made out of Lego

I swear there used to be a time when people just looked at things and thought 'huh, not for me' without then thinking 'how dare this exist?!'

Ah yes, the B.B.C. era (Before Brickset Comments)

And my thing is, there are so many sets that I'd like to get. SO many. So if TLG puts out a few that aren't for me, I'm rejoicing! Other folks have something that appeals to them, and there's a little less competition for the things that I want.

I also know that in a world with almost 8 billion people, not everything will appeal to me. So even if I can't see the appeal of something, I understand that someone else probably will.

Well, for something that’s, perhaps, unlikely to launch… rather plain as a set too, pass.

Does anyone know if the Milky Way Galaxy can stand on it's own?
Or is there an 'easel' like element to help it tilt back or stand up on it's own on a table/shelf?

From what I know, it’s ever expanding so even if an easel were included, it won’t hold up forever.

There doesn't appear to be any method in the set itself. Its built using the art plates tho, which give an abundance of technic attachment points, shouldn't be difficult at all to add a couple beams in the back that allow for an easel like means of standing it up.
