Disney Advent Calendar - Day 21

Yesterday we met the last of the microdolls, Mirabel. This calendar has been a nice compilation of Disney movie characters and items from each of the movies. Thanks to the back of the box, there's not too much of a mystery as to what lies behind the next four doors, so let's see what behind Door 21.
It's the first part of the Disney castle! It's a nice build, but not a lot to it on its own. I do like the gold accent piece, as well as the snow on the top.
There's not a whole lot to play with, but at least the connection point is clear as to what section will be built tomorrow.

I was kind of hoping that they'd sprinkle the castle builds throughout the entire calendar, but I guess that might make it difficult for the kids opening each new door to keep the successive builds aside over the full month. It is a shame that there's no surprises left, because they've telegraphed this one on the box. But honestly, I think it was worth waiting for. This is the highlight of the calendar, for me.
Slightly curious what order the four segments of this castle will be in. I’d assume the centre will be next to clip this to, otherwise you’ll have two wings just floating about, then possibly save the tower until last as a big finale
Pretty odd build on its own. I didn't know there would be one.
I got started with the SWAC, where the main prize of each calendar was the holiday-themed minifig, it was always prominently displayed on the box, and was always one of the final two days. It’s definitely a bit weird using the main “surprise” of the calendar as the main selling point when trying to attract buyers.
Apparently, I missed day 20. Oops
