The Spiderman dinosaur is absolutely hilarious, even more so than Spiderham!
Well the new Iron Man and Ultron are in a $15 set at least. Airport battle is neat for younger fans, but nothing really new for a long time collector. Cheaper Nolan Joler and Two Face are nice, but I am not sure if they justify another Tumbler so similar to the last one.
The spider-men dinosaurs are not wants, they are needs.
I love when I can skip almost all of a wave.
I wonder how well the Civil War set can be paired with the original airport battles. Let's find out.
11199 that's a great triceratop ah that's tempting.
Same goes for 11200
No idea what dino's and spidey have in commen
The only good thing in the Spidey Dinosaurs sets are the dinosaurs themselves.
The airporst Battle looks fantastic, but for me the baseplate could've been extended a bit for more space. More acsessories like some suitcases would definetely not harm the price too. But really glad they are continuing the Black Base Marvel Diorama trend.
The mechs are okay, but the Anti-Venom and Ultron minifigures are a great adult bait.
Both cars actually look great, and the figures are okay too.
The logo is also great, but 60$ is just too much for a big red block...
Across the Spider-Verse set is... well, mixed opinions. Why did they do a generic 1/4 of an actual shop for a literally bigger price than 77013 ? But the overall vibe is cool.
Don't really care for DC but heck that 4+ Batmobile looks better than every other 4+ base car.
Still can’t believe we’re getting TDK Two-Face in a Lego set. TLBM Two-Face is still the gold standard, though.
I am spectacularly confused by the Spider-man dinosaur sets but I'm not the target audience so oh well!
"Iron Man, Black Panther, Red Hulk"
Actually, it's Iron Man, Black Panther, Dum-E, Red Hulk
11200 Spidey and Gobby's Raptor Battle at Tree House HQ
143 pieces
£12.99, $14.99, €14.99
No way that's the right price for that set. Gotta be like $34 or $44 with those ridiculous dino molds and everything else included.
EDIT - I see its been updated - thanks! I clearly didn't go high enough in the mountain climber game. $54! Now we're talking! *bonkers*
To me, DC looks to be the theme with the best showing of sets at the start of the year. Sure, there are only three, but it’s a huge improvement from what we’ve been seeing these last few years! That, and other themes I tend to prefer have dropped the ball on a couple of their sets. Friends, Ninjago, Dreamzzz and especially Marvel all have some stinkers I’m gonna need warming up towards.
76314 is… infuriating. A cramped display piece that would work much better as a play set. That Bucky minifigure might just be my least favorite minifigure ever. Wrong hair color, inaccurate face print, his torso design resembles The Winter Soldier more than Civil War, and NO ARM PRINT!?!? In a $100 set no less. Don’t even get me started on including that buildable Ant-Man so soon after the standalone set. If anything they should’ve released them simultaneously, reallocating those parts towards the Quinjet or making a more attractive base, and then include the missing heroes with Ant-Man. And even still I think the whole thing would pale in comparison to the original play set, which somehow was more thoughtful in its character detailing than a premium priced DISPLAY MODEL.
I quite like the Marvel logo but not sure I'll buy it unless it gets some serious discount on it. The airport battle and Tumbler are quite neat but not remotely interested in any of the others. None of them are "must buys" though!
Woah, maybe I'm out of the loop but are those studs with clips underneath (holding the police car lights in 76311) new for next year? those seem incredibly useful!
Good to see that Iron Man gets a mech...
Absolutely hate this prebent piece for replacing elbows and knees. I know people will say it’s for stability and durability, but playability isn’t the same anymore. Pretty lazy solution.

They are indeed new! They are appearing in a variety of themes and sets next year. The most recently reviewed 10434 Mini Orchid contains them as well.
Looks like I'm buying some spiderman sets next year. Have to have the dinosaurs.
76311 is amazing and I would buy it but FIFTY DOLLARS?!??!? IT’S TINY!!!!!
I absolutely love the baby Stegosaurus piece, but why is that not available in a JW set?

Which Mark is this one?

Prediction... prepare for upcoming JW set containing this little guy (recolored of course)
I can't believe it! First it's Jurassic World licenced dinosaurs, and now it's Spider-Man licensed dinosaurs xD.
I don’t know about anyone else but that silly Venom muscle car is easily my favourite set of this wave. Reminds me of his Transformers Crossovers figure and I have such a fondness for that thing
Red Hulk's mustache and sunglasses are sending me

Pretty sure his name is Tony, not Mark
basically all of those are terrible. The Spot bank robbery thing would be ok if not for the price.
and what the hell is that Spiderman-Jurassic Park crossover stuff :skull:
With the abundance of Tumbler sets, one might think LEGO would have provided alternate build instructions for the Bat-Pod by now. That would certainly increase my interest in this version.
That Ghost Spider pterosaur reminds me of the ones from the Adventurers Dino Island subtheme. Also, are Electro and Paste-Pot, er, I mean Trapster, only female in Spidey and his Amazing Friends, or is that reflective of something that's been none elsewhere?
Why is Miles Morales "Spin", now?
New Tumbler is $20 MORE than the one from 2021. Sheesh. That had 2 minifigs, this one has 3. Piece count is nearly identical. These price hikes are out of control.
WHERE did spider dinos come from???
the raptor battle set is amazing !
Superman is so graceful! Powering down to fight in mecha agains Lex, so Lex wouldn't feel so bad.... I laughed for 5min! If that would happen, I think Lex would lose it, since it would look like Superman is mocking him so hard!!! xDDD
P.S. don't get me wrong, like the set, Sups and Lex minifigures in small box, very cool :)
Excuse me while I go bleach my eyes after seeing "Spidey and Gobby" dinosaurs.
Again more random tat with this new Marvel logo. I genuinely believe the 18+/icons line is the worst thing to happen to Lego in years.

"We got an excellent female Doc Ock in the Spider-Verse movies, but she wasn't the first."
Only her enemies call her Doc Ock. Her friends call her "Liv."
@Dermiana said:"Superman is so graceful! Powering down to fight in mecha agains Lex, so Lex wouldn't feel so bad.... I laughed for 5min!"
He didn't power down voluntarily; Lex has Kryptonite.
That mech really makes me want a PS5 Spiderman figure. But the price of the Spider Verse set is insane! Is there Sony tax on it or what ?
Also Bucky now looks like a civilian cosplaying as the Winter Soldier.
I am so funking sick of DC not getting any good sets! LEGO's attention and care being almost solely focused on Harry Potter doesn't make any sense to me. Yes Harry Potter is still a massively popular franchise, but we haven't gotten any movies or anything (not counting Fantastic Beasts) in forever! At the very least DC should be getting equal to what Marvel is. Someone need to start a petition or something
Both car looks interesting. Mod, police car to be extended to 8-wide, and muscle car cabin to 6-wide. Does anybody know which muscle car would that be?! White spoiler/wing
"But I don't want to cure cancer! I want to turn people into dinosaurs!"
Finally, our first Spiderverse set!
I fail to see the appeal of the giant stack of red bricks
Really prefered the giant ant-man minifig they did for 76051

Why would DC be getting that attention when they aren't putting out any content? Barely any shows or movies in the last few years, and so few of them have performed well. Why would TLG give them the same level of focus as Marvel, who are constantly putting out mostly-well-received content?
Harry Potter also went quite a few years without any sets, so there's a ton of potential. DC's well might just not be as deep
lmao Hawkeye getting the short end again with the Marvel logo set, eh?

Marvel has been all misses lately I don't know what you mean. If you don't think the DC well is deep maybe you don't know enough to have an opinion on this
