Finally, the unveiling you've been waiting for: next year's modular building is 10350 Tudor Corner!
It's been revealed without much fanfare, though: there's no press release, so all we have is the product description from LEGO.com, which you can read after the break.

Nice to get a Bert minifigure to dance on the roof singing Step in Time and Chim Chim Cher-ee. No sign of Mary yet though.
This looks great with some clever parts usage - might be the first modular I buy!
Nice reference to 6067 / 10000 too...
I think it would look better with fewer styles. For example more of the timber Tudor style instead of the masonry bricks.
The footprint is too small due to the exterior stairs and the garbage space.
And like the Hotel it has 2.5 decent sides which makes it harder to place if you want to show off all sides.

This is one of, if not the best modular. I am already looking for the best place in my city. After two rather mediocre buildings they did an amazing job.

Looks stunning. Slightly disappointed that it’s a corner modular but I guess it wouldn’t look as good if it wasn’t.
For 3000+ parts the footprint is tiny; set back further from the curb than most plus the stairs on the side.
Still, this is easily the best-looking building of the series since the Parisian cafe.
If only Lego could afford to make a decent light system like in FunWhole sets... But still, the set looks amazing, one of the best in recent years!
It looks great, but not quite my style.
It is very delightful. Everything is ace, only the outside stairways is not my cup of tea. But outside stairways always look poppycock to me.

This one is built on a green baseplate.
And, seems like all the clocks in the horologist's shop are set to the same time, but the one on the outside of the building is not.
Which is the correct time?
Is the horologist just a clock repairman who's good with precision, but very bad with accuracy?

Like all corner models it looks like it is going to be quite cramped inside. I realise I'm probably in a minority but I yearn for the days of the Town Hall and Department Store and their open interiors.
That said it will be a definite purchase as I own all the modulars since the Fire Station. The Museum and Jazz Club are yet to be built though.
And, I guess this is as near to an official Lego pub as we are ever likely to get.
After several dire years finally a Modular again that looks really good and desirable to me.
My favorite is the Detective's Office, and this gives me similar vibes, only with a British touch. Which to me is a good thing.
I was immediately reminded of walking through Chester. Several buildings of a similar style there.

Oh yes, I am very 'inspired' by these minifigures, especially the chimney sweep. He may have the dirtiest job out there, but his positive smile is very inspiring to all the residents of my LEGO City.
Jokes aside, this is an outstanding set. I'll definitely have to make room for it in the city.

Yes, I saw that too, the stairs mean the footprint is quite small, but on the other hand, the price is not so terrible.
Nice, while the top floors are at a 90 degree corner, the bottom floor is placed at a bigger angle and gives more depth. Good choice of colors as well.
Time to go for a sesh at the local battle cruiser lads!
Very charming. It's the not the leap forward I hoped for after a couple of very 'safe' boxy builds but the slight angle to the pub frontage and roof design give it some technical interest. The variety of colour works well. The designers have done a good job to capture the British themed elements.
Excellent set for this pub, sorry food shop.
Notice the price and how if it had been licensed it would be another £100.

Seems to be a popular design, I just think a lot of people thought "Tudor = Castle" and haven't yet realised that it's not actually a castle.

I like it, but I think it looks better as a stand alone design rather than next to other Modulars. They have become too random and diverse to be displayed together. That is more an issue of some of the previous ones than this one though.

This is sooooo quaint, almost too quaint. But I absolutely love the cozy vibe with the hatmaker and the clockmaker. Also, happy to see that the interior is beautifully detailed this time.

I love this set, even if the historian in me is pointing out the inaccuracies. Let's just pretend it underwent considerable renovations since it's Tudor beginnings, or dates to the suburbia styles built centuries later.
I think I know where my VIP points might be going, unless I can include this as a Christmas present.

Charming design but LEGO should have its product descriptions checked by an editor. It’s ‘complemented’, not ‘complimented’, and a store that sells haberdashery is called a haberdasher, not a ‘haberdashery’. ‘Haberdashery’ is fine as a sign above the shop’s entrance as that’s what’s being sold, but not as a description of the store itself.
I stopped collecting modulars a few years ago because it was just getting out of hand, but this just looks too good - very tempted to start again

After the boutique hotel (my absolute least liked) and then the meh Jazz club, I had started to lose a little enjoyment in this series. This brings it back.
It looks absolutely gorgeous both inside and out. I'm looking forward to adding this to my collection.
this looks amazing, maybe this could be my first modular. it has some sort of bavarian architecture to it. i honestly would prefer an open back since the pricing is too high in my opinion. Plus with an opened back my kids could play with it easyly as well but i guess it would make it less modular?

The “fish n chips restaurant” is called The Old Guarded Inn, as shown by the tile above the entry door.

Guess I will be up late on New Year's Eve hoping the website allows me to make the purchase. This is definitely among the top, if not the best of the modulars. Older looking European style structures will get me every time.
I have a feeling Disney is going to find a way to produce Mary Poppins knowing that people will want the minifig to go on the roof with that chimney sweep.

It does look cool but there is no universe in which I can actually afford to buy it.
The building is Tudor revival to be specific (1800's), not actual Tudor era. There are several pubs looking like this in England.
Now I just need to install some handpumps and invite the punters!
Will be good to get another Kiosk... my last one marked my final set of my first Lego age 608-1 Kiosk!
I think this will be my first modular - it's just such a beautifully designed set.

Wow, this really looks on the smallish side?
Took me way too long to realize the bottom floor wall is at an angle, which to me made the design much more interesting. And I also had too look very closely to see what was in that top floor. The style feels a bit different to other modulars, for good and bad, I'm not really sure how well it fits side by side with many of them. But in itself it's gorgeous!
As expected €250 here though, up another €15 from the last one of the same size.
3,266 pieces for $230? I must be dreaming!
Swap out some colors and designs on the exterior and you've got yourself a pretty convincing medieval tavern!

That's my Christmas gift sorted from my partner; looks excellent and will fit in with the 'old quarter' of my town (which contains a modified Diagon Alley with numerous MOC's, including a Tudor corner building!) I will also have to relocate my MOC pub to be replaced by this one - its clearly a pub in the English sense - I'm sure I have seen a picture of a figure sitting outside the building in a leaked image with what appears to be a pint of Guiness...

Really a lovely looking set, I'm quite behind on modulars sadly, Museum, Jazz Club, Botanical Garden. Might have to make a tough choice here.

More or less. IMO 10190 (by the way one of the last ones for me, which I don't have yet) is also modular, so it would seem that the great 10211 was four modulars after the outstanding 10182.
I would have thought LEGO wouldn't do a set of a PUB e.g. a place where alcoholic drinks are served, but apparently that's OK now.

Darn you Lego, I'm running out of display space! I might have given this a pass (despite thinking that it's very well done) but it had to be a corner modular (which I've been wanting one of for a while) and have that 6067/10000 reference, didn't it?!
This looks great and might have to pick this set up!
I had essentially given up on these after the Jazz Club what with all the space they took and not as inspired (hit and miss for the last 2-3 years) and sold my entire collection (18 modulars + Market Street) as we were moving. Sigh.
And then this one comes along and gets me excited again for this line...

It’s so gorgeous. I’m already way over budget for Lego purchases next year. I’m going to need Lego designers to work poorly for a couple years.
Love the R2-D2 legs in Dark Green upside down. The Droid legs too on the balcony. Oh well, so much to love. One of the best sets ever.

Finally a set so good, many will hold up from buying the current offerings to wait for that instead.
I really like it but I probably won't buy it. The only modular I currently own is the Boutique Hotel and I think these would look too discordant next to each other.

Ah yes, I now have an excuse to use the word "haberdashery" in conversations with other AFOLs.
I do like it, but having the 'tudor' wood and plaster only on the top floor looks off to me. I googled, and I can find some buildings like this, but the most common form is definitely having both the first and second (roof) floor with that construction method.

10190 was fan-designed (RIP Erik Brok) and released under the Factory branding, a few months after Cafe Corner, to help Lego show off how the modular building standard worked.
For the purposes of the "straight/corner" pattern of official modular buildings designed by Lego and released once per year, it doesn't count and the pattern still stands.

My second favourite Modular, behind the Boutique Hotel. And this set doesn't fail to disappoint with Nice Part Usage!
I like this modular better than all of the others released on recent years. Will likely end up buying when it goes on sale, maybe a year from now or whenever retailers start discounting it. No rush.
A masterpiece. The series is alive and well, after the last few, but this is the best Modular building in a long time. And a lot of content for the money. Will definitely want it for our collection.

I will definitely be getting this one, I've skipped the last few (they just didn't fit my imaginary Lego town) but this is perfect.
However, as someone who buys haberdashery frequently, I'm not sure why they've stuck a milliner's shop in there with that sign. If I ever get around to building the haberdashery MOC I want to make, the sign is going on my MOC and the milliner's will get a different sign.
My 2 cents:
-At first glance it’s VERY different than ALL the Modulars that came before.
-It shares a very similar facade layout as the Brick Bank.
-It’s definitely a beautiful building overall.
-Quite possibly the best modular to date.
I’ll definitely be grabbing this day one, and probably grabbing as second one, to fix some things I don’t like about it…
I like that the wide door of the Haberdashery probably repurposes what was once the arch to the pub's stables.

It seems that LEGO is using ‘haberdashery’ in both the British and American senses. A British haberdasher wouldn’t sell hats, but an American one would.

And though it might seem that way I am no hater at all. I love to give credit where credit is due imho. And this set to me is totally awesome. It proves that if they want TLG can still do terrific sets (and at half decent RRPs too). Pity that they don't do it much more often these days. I mean, look at many Star Wars sets, or DC or Marvel, hell even Harry Potter. Lots of half baked stuff with RRPs that make your hair stand on end.

It's not very 'Tudor' really, more Tudor Revival as others have stated. Looks nice in a 'Victorian Railway' kind of way - something that would not look out of place in the street outside a municipal railway station.
The haberdasher seems to be only selling gentleman's hats, so to my mind it's named correctly - milliners specialise in women's hats.
I don't do modulars because they'd take too much space that I don't have. But man this one looks AMAZING.
A perfect addition to the older section of my Modular Street! Where we're supposed to put the GWP has me stumped but I want it too. Thank goodness I didn't decide to go anywhere for New Year's, since the swift sellout of the Endurance GWP means I'll have to defy the gremlins of LEGO.com to get this as early as possible in 2025! (Well, there are worse ways to start a New Year....)

It’s definitely a pub and for that reason alone, I think it might take up a corner on our Lego street. This is pretty handsome.

There are black R2-D2 legs put inverted in the facade, they are not attached properly to the roof/awning and can move 'freely' (as seen on one of the picture). I wonder if this can be fixed with brackets?

I thought LEGO made a mistake in the minifig count. I was looking for the 8th character and it turns out he’s actually a mannequin. :)
This is one of the few modulars that i like jist the way it is. No need to add a floor or widen. Well done.
Hate the price, but want it, likely will cash in some reward points to buy immediately to also get the GWP.
This looks great! I'll pick it up when I find the cash; the dark green first floor is especially lovely.
Starting to wish I could sell my Jazz Club for this but I don't think I could part with it...

Not as crazy as one might think. Consider that the price per part is about 7 cents, and it's not just tiny 1x1s either. Sure, you get plenty of these as well, but also lots of large pieces, new or recoloured ones, several prints, and generally quite a lot of "volume of stuff", to use Jang's term.
I'd definitely prefer it to be about 30 Euro cheaper, but compared to a lot of other current LEGO offerings this one doesn't feel like a ripoff.
Shame the whole ground floor could not have being a pub, with dart board and a Thia or Indian restaurant at the back, then DJ stand, dance floor, pool table etc. on first floor as in many British Cities and Lego Ideas submissions.

Agreed 100%. I love it when a set is perfect just as it is. I just had to build a second floor of the bookshop townhouse. The corner garage looks better as a square garage, and the Police station needs a new stair on the backside. The hotel needs several improvements, and the Jazz club needs several updates.
Yes. I think this is the first great modular since Assembly Square.
You guys are being difficult, the last few modulars have been great! The Museum is amazing, Bookstore had a huge shelf life and so must have sold a lot, Boutique Hotel had amazing new angles and colors, and Jazz Club was a bit more experimental in term of colors but had great details inside (and the best matching GWP by far in 40586). They're the ones I have currently in my split up collection and they make for an amazing display!
This Tudor Corner reminds you of Detective's Office because it's the same color palette. Green touches on the main floor, orange-tan second floor, and a light blue building on the right side. It's almost the same recipe, which is a bit unfortunate. It does look great, but it's not in new colors unlike most previous modulars.

As someone who has 10270 and 10312 , I agree with you that they're great. Of course, I've been an avid reader and a huge jazz fan for most of my life, so I may be a bit biased. The fact that I love to read mysteries is a huge part of why I got my other modular, 10246.
