Is anyone else unable to see any images on mobile (Android)? I've been unable to for a few days now :(
72045 has piece count of 249, no 588, correct it.
Fairly decent sets. Something I rarely say for Super Mario.

Nope, I can see all of the images. It's probably just you.
Mario Kart sets have actually been amazing! Wish we got these a lot sooner
I never knew shy guys could have this much swag.
Classic Lego, Piranha Plant item is already outdated and not in the latest game.
After the Star Wars set prices the last couple days, these prices are a real breath of fresh air. Might actually consider picking up one or both of these…that P-Wing looks really good

You realise sets are designed and put in production way in advance so these would have been done before MKW came out and everyone has been playing MK8
You'd think they could make a printed piece for those wheelcovers, considering how often those are used....
(especially considering how annoying it is to apply round stickers to round pieces....)
I don't think any Mario sets before had this many stickers? Guess the theme has found it's place in the market, so Lego can lower their quality standards now?
Yeah, these look great.

No luck, Piranha Plant is in the latest game (MK World) - as a driver instead of as an item admittedly, but the way Lego did it, we could use it both ways
So Lego is more up to date than you ^^
Nice! The Cat Cruiser and Tanooki Kart were near the top of my wishlist for additional karts so it's great to get both of them, and the P-Wing looks good too!
Character-wise these aren't that exciting, of course... while all three characters haven't been in sets for a couple years, none of them are really new. I suppose the chances of a new character like Daisy or Waluigi were pretty slim overall, though.
The Shy Guy set is a must...and I don't even have anything in the Mario line.

I have the same problem on mobile and desktop platforms.

Come on! Diana King has been singing about them for 30 years. ;-)
Two of my favourite drivers in two cool sets. Koopa Troopa and Shy Guy!
I think it's kinda funny how the Super Mario sets are still using Mario Kart 8 as a reference, when Mario Kart World just came out and introduced new designs for everything.
Mario kart speed champions!
Might even pickup shy-Guy!
All three karts look great! We have Lego versions of about half of the karts present in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe now, if we exclude the obviously off limits Audi cars and the Splatoon, Animal Crossing and Zelda crossover karts. I’m hoping to see Mr. Scooty and the Pipeframe soon!
I’d love to see some other color variants of Shy Guy, Birdo and Yoshi that haven’t been made into Lego yet. As much as I yearn for Waluigi and Daisy, I just cannot picture brick built versions that fit in with our digital Mario/Peach and the upcoming brick built Wario. Maybe they could finagle a suitable Waluigi if he’s stuck in a crouching position, but Daisy (and the other human women) would probably look cursed and squashed. There’s a better chance of us getting Baby Daisy and Baby Rosalina.
I don’t think it’s odd or funny or whatever that Lego is still producing sets for this game (and randomly one for Double Dash!). Mario Kart World and the Switch 2 are still relatively brand new and expensive. A large percentage of children aren’t going to experience that game until 2026 or beyond. These sets aim to capture the appeal of the Mario Kart series as a whole, so I don’t think they necessarily need to tie in to the newest game to help the sales on either side. Not to mention a handful of preexisting Lego karts are in the new game anyway.
I haven't played Mario Kart World yet, but has the weaponry in that game really progressed to the point that Shy Guy needs to bring a Bayraktar drone to a racing-game?

There's also the fact that the Lego Super Mario theme has never included content from brand-new games (nor has Zelda for that matter). I would guess Nintendo is less keen on sharing development materials/concept art with licensing partners than Lego's usual Hollywood partners are, which means there's no way for Lego to have sets based on a brand-new game ready to go at or near release.
That said, Mario Kart tends to be a series with a long "tail", with sales remaining steady across the lifetime of a console. So it's far from too late for Lego to make Mario Kart World sets—even if they do it next year or the year after it'll probably still find an audience. In the meantime, the new game offers plenty of potential inspiration for MOCs!

My first troubleshooting step is to delete all cookies, while the second step is to uninstall then reinstall your browser apps.
The same issue has happened to me before on Brickset (though I use Chrome on iOS) and the above helped me.

I have the same problem on Virgin broadband looks like a DNS issue as it works fine on mobile connection
I do like these cars. Thus far, I only have 71431. Not sure how many I'll end up with. But, I do like them.
Shy guy is soooo sick for driving stuff like this
Not really huge on the Mario course based sets myself, but man i'd want that Power up Pursuit one just for the Cat themed car
I'm a sucker for Cat themed items and sets, honestly
Toadette and Kittie Kart is MY COMBO I always drive... (except in the new game because they removed the kittie Kart)..
It doesn't have the small red wheels I usually play with, but it's close enough!
I'm a ridiculous person that wants to see them kill two birds with one stone and actually do the Mercedes karts as crossover Mario Kart and Speed Champions sets. Like with removable roofs and easy conversion between seating minifigures and seating a Mario figure. They could do it, I truly believe in them, and all three cars would be neat to see.
as a Nintendo fan the shy guy set Is the first one I'm actually seriously consider buying. in the past all the good sets have been the expensive ones and all of the cheap sets have just been expansion sets for the app.
