Plastic Man polybag revealed

Instagram user arthurp8 who works at TT Games has posted a picture of the Plastic Man polybag that's free with pre-orders of LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham video game.
I've added it to the database with a temporary set number until we know its proper 500xxxx number.

I still think he should have had long arms and legs like Woody and Jessie from the Toy Story theme. Would've made for a better figure. He seems kind of bland to me.
I definitely want this, but still unsure where it's release will be in Canada.
interesting that they have actually gone with a Justice League logo on the bag. The branding for both Superheroes lines of Lego is starting to get really messy - in that they are constantly adding sub theme names, which I think could potentially lead to confused parents in toy shops.
Plastic man, is he a single super hero, or is he one of the FANTASTIC Four, or is that another dude?
I just ask, wondering if there will be a set with the fantastic four in it.

@Peter1975: Plastic Man (DC) =/= Mr. Fantastic (Marvel). Although they do have comparable superpowers.
I know nothing of this character, so I don't really care if I get him or not. But part of me wants to get him to keep the collection up to date. I'll probably pick up the game with the figure, then sell the game to someone and get my money back. Free figure! Beats the $30 or so it will cost in the aftermarket. And I don't have time for games.
Plastic Man is equatable to Mr Fantastic in terms of powers only, in personality plastic man is bordering insane, which provides some brilliant moments in the comic books, especially when paired with characters like Batman.
Now, he really is made out of plastic.
