Though not as good as the old one, the resistance X-wing is really nice!
Nice helmet designs. But M&R’s the authority on that.
My favorite pilot helmets were still from th resistance bomber, very color, very ornate!
Love the at-rt pilot, the new baby Yoda mold, zeb, Carson and that x-wing. Everything else about this wave is... Mediocre at best
Such a great wave. I'm now very excited to see the movie, the teaser didn't do it for me but these do.
Definitely looking forward to getting the three spaceships :)
930 piece Razor Crest for $150. LOL.
Just as meh as the movie looks like it will be.
At least they're mostly smaller sets for once. The only things that aren't small are the prices. I mean, they downsized the X-wing in 2021 but it's already nearly back to the same price as 75218.
The only highlights I see are the 2X2 half-round tile ( https://brickset.com/parts/design-5520 ) in transparent in 75445 , the new body piece for Grogu, and a Carson Teva minifig, finally - he's the real MVP of the Mandalorian show.

M&R is not the authority on whether helmet designs look good or bad. All he does is complain. It's a minifigure. He can go buy an action figure if he wants 1 to 1 accuracy.
Finally!!! Zeb is in another set!
The New Republic X-Wing looks great, it’s like the 2021 version with the hexagonal nose area of the 2024 version. The price is a little high, but with the eventual 20% discounts it’ll be perfect!
Grogu looks fantastic! And I love the look of Zeb.
They're not too bad. I like the X-Wing and Razor Crest in particular (beats the hideous smart play one anyday), but nothing's jumping out at me. I missed out on the 2020 Razor Crest, so I honestly wouldn't mind picking that up if I can find it for a good deal.
But then again, I don't really collect LEGO Star Wars anymore so yeah.
I don't think this wave is nearly as strong as like, the Rogue One or Solo waves, but it's still kinda cool overall. Also, I LOVE the box art for all of these. It's weirdly gorgeous.
If i was still into Star Wars i probably wanted to get the spaceship sets. They all look good. Prices are really high on some of these btw
Oof (especially some of those prices).
X-wing is a great surprise! With a reasonable price too! That Zeb minifigure is gonna do stonks on the aftermarket
Absurd prices for the AT-RT and the crest while the Anzellan ship and the X-wing are reasonably priced... Looking forward to get the Anzellans, though the set could use one more of the tiny mechanics!
75445 Anzellan Starship looks great until you realize how small it is. It's smaller than most versions of Luke's landspeeder. Even with pictures of a small child holding it in the lifestyle images it still looks tiny.
I like that X wing, a shame we didint get a Rogue One Blue Squadron version instead since its the anniversary year, but still a pretty good improvement over the 2021 and 24 versions, kind of a best of both in one, im sure it will look nice with the E wing, ill probably get it for may 4th

X-wing might be the only reasonably priced set. The 2021 set adjusted for inflation would be $60 today and this new xwing has about 70 more pieces. So maybe only $5 overpriced. Which is much better compared to the rest of the sets
Since LEGO seems keen to keep the barest minimum of space in ship cockpits, looks like I'll be needing to mod the X-Wing so the pilot can sit up straight like in past starfighter sets, not lay down staring up into space. I was able to do so with the E-Wing, so hopefully, they didn't go too wild with the SNOT bricks under there.
Man, they look fine but I just feel absolutely nothing about these. What an overpriced stagnant theme and wave of sets. Sigourney Weaver fans will be happy at least but it's just dull across the board.

What?? No it isn't..?
I have been a LSW since the very beginning, and somehow an X-wing just never made it into my collection. This will be the first, also seems very easy to recolor it to a red/green one.
I find it a shame the yellow on the razor crest is almost fully reliant on stickers (likely) so hope they gave this set the same treatment they gave all the City sets and went with prints, would almost make the price worth it then...
Nothing we need urgent, so easy to wait for double points or local discounts...
Oh, so Sigourney will pilot a X-Wing? What a joy! About the sets, I liked AT-RT. The rest is meh...

All he's good at is ragebaiting teenagers into thinking he's got an expert opinion on sets intended for children.
The perceived value for Star Wars-lego collectors really has gone down the drain, absolute joke
A lot of very overpriced sets that are 'okay'.
The minifigures are nice and good to have Carson and Zeb but I'll be waiting for big discount on the AT-RT, Razor Crest and X-Wing before adding them to the collection.
The other sets can be cast into the Great Pit of Carkoon.
This might be the most expensive star wars wave i've ever seen, especially that AT-RT shouldn't have been over 25 euros (even if it's star wars)
Some people like to know everything they can about a film before release. Others hide from trailers to enjoy all the reveals in the film for peak emotional highs.
With this hobby if you can't resist clicking on an article you get hit with some abstract spoilers! But the top picture is always the 'mandatory spoiler'.
Some set names like 'the final battle' at least warn you of formulaic writing.
Nice of them to include a Razorcrest with the new Zeb minifigure.
Jokes aside, I thought $140 for 75292 was bad :( a 900 piece set for $150 is almost another republic juggernaut situation
Was it already confirmed that we will see a live-action Zeb in the Mandalorian movie?
Once again disappointed that Zeb uses normal legs instead of the backwards bendy satyr ones that might be more appropriate for him

I believe you can see him very briefly in the trailer.

M&R is not the authority on anything. He’s an entitled brat who creates controversy for engagement.
When I heard what this wave would include I was hoping the Anzellean ship would surprise me. I had no idea what it was supposed to look like. It is nice to get something like that. And I think I like it.
The rest? OK, I guess. The Razor Crest gives me 75338 Ambush on Ferrix vibes (a very overpriced set that I really like), but it has to come to close to a 100 euros to be considered.
Anzellan Starship looks great, but that price is BONKERS. I would pay 50$ for that max.
Pretty decent sets after the huge Smart Brick flops. Isn't it so much nicer to have proper artwork on the boxes? I really don't understand the appeal with the black boxes of death.
I note that the x-wing does not use the new cockpit canopy mold introduced in the smart brick x-wing 75423. Kind of a shame, as I was hoping for an alternative way to get hold of that part and I quite like the New Republic X-Wing.
@Yooha said:

"Blork" will appear in the Grungleman and Binkus
The only set that seems to be good value is the BrickHeadz one - which I have zero interest in.
The others range from mildly overpriced to completely insane.
Easy pass, unless the discounts are massive (which they are likely to be if these don't sell).
Some prices are okayish, most are insane.
There is also a new buildable Grogu with 1,200 pieces. Where is that one?

Uhm, the Smart Bricks aren't even rolled out yet, so too soon to call them flops. Like you, I do prefer proper artwork on LEGO boxes, though, but the backgrounds on these pics look like they come from a PS2 game.
These prices, man...
No wonder I have all this City and Speed Champions stuff.
Grogu's new robe looks great.
I find it hilarious there's a set with just the small-sized figures
I can’t believe I am about to buy *another * X-Wing
@MisterBrickster said:
"I can’t believe I am about to buy *another * X-Wing"
Easy solution then:
Don't.
Somehow the Razor Crest returned, and this time with a purple Chewbacca.
The new Rebel helmet prints are gorgeous. Sad that the new Rebel pilot faceprints have limited potential for re-use, I would have wished for new but "younger" faceprints.
The X-Wing looks good except for the huge gap between the S-foils when they're closed.
The prices are a whole bag of yikes…
I presume it's due to Disney's classic draconian spoiler policy that we're not seeing any named villains in any of these, most evidently in the Allies and Villains set (unless Sigourney surprises us, or possibly even the Anzellans), but wow there is a small number of distinct characters across this whole wave; two stormtroopers is all there are for the to fight!
Hopefully this won't be the only chunk of sets based on the film and they can return to do Rotta the Hutt and such later? Though they never did do that for Solo...
Never watched the series, and probably as a result most of these sets don't look all that interesting to me. That said, I do actually quite like AT-RT Attack, that looks like a fun little set! That price though.....pure insanity....

75218 is a bad comparison. It was $80 USD 7.5 years ago with 731 pieces, that's $100 in today's money.
9493 was $60 USD in 2014, it has 2 more pieces than 75460 and an extra astromech. But it would cost $80 today with inflation.
I don't want to pay $70/€70 for a X-Wing but it's the one I'd pick.
@MegaBlocks said:

Purple Chewbacca with mange, which I believe is called a 'mangy moof milker.'
Prices are sadly- yet expectantly- inflated. I won't be buying any of these without dramatic discounts.
The wave is fine, fun even. However, there's little to get you really excited. It's sad that SW is leaning into easy, lazy money-making than the exciting, imaginative storytelling we saw in Andor.

Only the UCS landspeeder is larger, and most of the "minifig scale" landspeeders are significantly oversized.
Of course. We finally get a new Zeb minifigure and it's locked behind a grossly overpriced set.
Happy Friday the 13th, everybody
The only set that is great is the X-Wing. Had the AT-RT been better priced I might have gone for it.

Indeed you can, and with his bo-rifle if I recall correctly.
They must really think Colonel Ward is going to be a hit if they’re giving her two minifigures.
These sets look fun, call me when they hit 40% off or better.
I’m a big Star Wars nerd. Collect all the
minifigs. Never have I felt so underwhelmed by a wave of sets based upon an upcoming movie like this. Compare this to the Rogue One sets and it’s night and day difference. 3 figs instead of 4 is the new norm for Star Wars. I used to buy all the sets, think I’ll be sourcing the figs I want from eBay and forgetting about the builds.
The Brickheadz set looks like a contractual obligation along with the‘ villains‘ being singular not plural as the set name would suggest

Nothing terribly exciting here, looks about as bland as the trailers.
"Somehow the Razor Crest returned". I guess they realised they messed up when they blew up his ship and replaced it with a much less handy starfighter, so now we kind of have a soft retcon I suppose.
These prices...
"Oh no my friend, this is a mistake, a terrible mistake! They've gone too far, this is madness!"
I'm waiting for the official reveals of the AT-AT and Sandcrawler before deciding what to spend my money on.
Great sets but way too expensive, wdym 45€ for a small turret and an AT-RT

And it... oh wait, it always flew.

The new windscreen in 75423 has three-axis taper like the windscreen in the source material, but its proportions are chibified to fit the proportions of the 75423 X-wing, and it doesn't have a hinge attachment. It was definitely made specifically for that set, and it wouldn't work well in a larger, traditional playscale X-wing. I'm glad they're still using the windscreen introduced for 75102 in 2015 on 75460 in 2026.
The new Razor Crest 75447 has improved proportions and detail compared to the first version 75292 in 2020, and it may well be more swooshable, but its play features are substantially reduced and that's a shame. The front compartment between the hinged front panels is so small it may as well not exist, there's no escape pod anymore, and the volume (especially the usable volume) of the cargo bay has been drastically reduced. The price is way up too. That's a shame. I'll hope to see this one 30% off for Black Friday or something, because it's not a bad build overall.
The new X-wing 75460 is ok but nothing spectacular. It's nice to see the wing mechanism back from 75301 in 2021. It's amazing that it took 25 years (1999->2024) to get three-point retractable landing gear on an X-wing, and that it took 27 years (1999->2026) to get three-point retractable landing gear on an X-wing sold by itself at retail, with the landing gear being an appropriate length and pointing the right way instead of being excessively long and gangly and pointing backwards.
When we just got Grogu in a €10 set there's a new Grogu.

I don’t know if the LEGO Star Wars magazine is available in Sweden but if it is, it wouldn’t surprise me if we eventually see the new Grogu with it and that’s the best way of getting this figure. Could take a year or more, but I reckon it’s possible.
I like that Razor Crest. Love how small and compact it is. Just wish the price had the same philosophy. May pick it up on sale.
I guess I'm a bit behind. I don't know who most of these characters are. I thought I watched the show.
Either way, the new Grogu is getting some mileage and looks loads better than the previous version. So I'll try to pick him up separately sometime.
I think most of these look pretty great! But it's a bit depressing that the most affordable set is still $45. These prices are getting ridiculous.
I might, might I tell ya, get the X-Wing, but that's it
@R0Sch said:

Rather than being a flop, the SmartBrick sets appear to be more popular than oxygen, judging by the fact that they’re never on the shelves of any store I shop at. Or that could just be the fact that they haven’t shipped yet.
Zeb is one of my favorite Star Wats characters and this is how I found out he’s in the movie!
$150 for the Razor Crest feels downright extortionate. The other prices are mostly OK but the flagship set is literally $35+ above "average" for seemingly zero reason?
Nah, this is purely because they know it'll be the most popular with collectors AND kids. What a farce.
I can't remember the last Star Wars set we bought....probably the midi-range stuff. I'll be back in a heartbeat if they release something exciting and/or priced normally.
@yellowcastle said:

I can't either. I think the last SW set I bought was the $1000 Death Star.
OK-ish sets but insane pricing. The PPP for the Razor Crest and the AT-RT are insane! The PPP for the Razor Crest from 2020 is 11.7, and this new one is 15.1! Just crazy.
I wonder how much they added to the RC set for that Zeb minifigure...
Rinse and repeat.

If that was intended to be sarcastic, then that was really funny. :o)
I just checked to see if the data backed up my assertions.
I checked Star Wars sets I owned:
2026 - 0
2025 - 4 (2 Midi, K2SO, Title Thingy)
2024 - 6 (2 Midi, Battlepack, Droideka, GWP, Polybag)
2023 - 6
2022 -11
2021 - 9

Same here!
@Elrond it’s undoubtedly another Razor Crest. The original wasn’t a unique ship, and he had made inquiries about a new one prior to getting his N-1.
@Sethro3 Colonel Ward is a new character being played by Sigourney Weaver. Carson Teva was that recurring New Republic pilot Mando kept running into; don’t know how often his name was mentioned. You might have missed Zeb, as he only appeared in one brief scene.
The only thing I mostly care about, is if the 3x3 Macaroni Brick is finally in grey. If so, Timmy can finally fall down the bloody, minifig scale, water well!
TLG is really slow-walking this.
