Just ordered in the Belgian region Lego Store!

Question: Why do we pay 64,99€, while Germany and France apparently only pay 59,99€? VAT reasons?

As far as I can tell, The Winter Soldier isn't available at this time despite the promotion... either they depleted their stock already or it's a glitch.

Oh I wanted the Winter Soldier for so long, but it just doesn't come up in the shopping cart.
I'm wainting until tomorrow (hopefully it won't be sold out then) in hope they fix the problem.

Taco Bill? Strange you did not get the polybag? I managed to bag two TBBT sets at Westfield and got a winter solider with the purchase. Bluewater were also giving away the polybags with purchases.

I received the pirate set in the cart this morning when I ordered. I was unaware that was available at this time.

The Winter Soldier isn't showing up in my order either! This is a bit frustrating...

... and for those that don't care for BBT, a ton of other sets are now available, like to Technic Arocs or the new City train!

I got the Ferrari F40 today instead; the similar prices between the two decided that it was better value and overall a better product than this.

I just checked on the lego webshop. They're asking 100 euros for the Nether Fortress set. The same price as the Mine, even though that set contains almost twice as many parts. have they gone insane?

And $119.99 Canadian for the 662 pieces of the Sith Infiltrator... ugh.

i have just returned from my local lego store with the BBT set and they threw a winter soldier for free. also purchased the F40 and another Lincoln memorial.

Darn it, I'm far more interested in getting a Winter Soldier figure!

In Australia, the Winter Soldier minifigure had appeared in my bag yesterday, at 8am, same time as when the new sets were added... but when I got back to my computer later during the day it was gone...and it has been gone since...

The winter soldier isnt showing up in my bag either I get a stupid Popstar each time.

Well that promotion was so far useless for people that buy online. Why is nobody fixing this?
I bet when I got to go work tomorrow it will all be gone.

i ordered BBT on sat morning, winter soldier was in the bag and checked out as such; now showing in warehouse

My Winter Soldier and Friends set are still in my purchase with a current order status of "In Warehouse". Ordered it Friday night just after midnight. However, I'm not interested in keeping either, so they'll probably go on eBay for £2 each.

And this is more newsworthy than every other summer set being released yesterday... how exactly?

^because it is the release date of a set voted on by the public to be produced in LEGO.

The Winter Soldier was missed off my order. I rang up Lego Customer Service who told me there was an issue with it being missed off some orders. They are aware of the issue and are sending me the minifig separately.

I got this message from the customer service:

It turned out that this was a very sought-after item and all too soon it went out of stock in the warehouse.
However, happily, we will soon receive more sets - so if you place your order at the end of the week the Winter soldier will be back in stock.

Until the Winter Soldier is back in stock you we will have the LEGO® Friends Pop Star Red Carpet set as a promotional item.

^isn't there always that caveat about 'while supplies last' for the freebies?

I see that, as the message above suggested would happen, the Winter Soldier promotion is gone from the website and has been replaced by the Popstar one. :(
Not sure now whether to go ahead and order the set since I want it anyway, or hold off until the winter soldier offer possibly returns.

I went to my nearest store (Milton Keynes) on the 1st picked up F40, BBT, Birthday Cake and Piggy Bank split my purchases and got given 2 winter soldiers and an AT-DP poly.

Just placed an order for £52 pounds worth of lego and the winter soldier has been added to my order, as has the pop star freebie. Result!!!

I think the Winter Soldier is back in stock. It is in Germany. I placed my order and got the Friends set and the minifig.
