It looks as if the two Frozen sets we have listed for 2016 release are to be made available before Christmas: images of them have just appeared on the LEGO server.

The sets are 41066 Anna & Kristoff's Sleigh Adventure, and 41068 Arendelle Castle Celebration, (pictured).

I anticipate that they will be available from the 1st of November, along with the final two seasonal vignettes (40124 and 40125), whose images have also been uploaded overnight.

Oooooh, excellent!! I want these so much!

By in Germany,

A little mistake on the last one: it's 40125, not 41025.

By in United States,

I definitely want Kristoff's hair piece, if nothing else from these sets. I could use it to give Penny, from the BBT set, her shorter hairstyle from the beginning of season 8.

By in United States,

The stickers on that castle are fantastic! Unfortunately, my daughter is a little too young for Frozen and non-Duplo sets, and I'd feel bad getting a copy for us when there are so many other kids who will want one.

By in Poland,

white leaves!!! Finally :) Now, let's wait for the re-release of the big ones too.

By in United States,

The castle has some nice parts, but I don't really like it.

Ditto for the sleigh. Both facades just seem to be there to drive up the price point, and Sven just looks WRONG. Isn't he brown-haired in the film?!

By in United States,

He's a dirty blond. There's even a mention in one of the songs of his "unmanly blondness". I may have watched Frozen a few million times... Suffice it to say, I don't think my girls will be letting me skip these (not that I would)!

By in Malaysia,

Stef the raindeer looks different..

By in United Kingdom,

^^ Kristoff is blond. Sven is brown/cream. The grey looks odd.

Given there's also a Frozen polybag floating around (Olaf's summer), I may wait on these & see if that gets given away as a freebie

Maybe those criss-cross stickered pieces on the castle door may be used in next years amusement park set ;)

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Arendelle looks nothing like that. I was expecting/hoping it to be more medieval castle like.
I'll try to skip this one.
The sleigh will be a must buy to get Kristoff and Sven

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I'm going to need 10 of these just for the reindeer......
And
probably 4 of the castle to make a decent European style house with an ice blue roof.

By in United States,

I picked up the two Christmas sets at my local LEGO store last weekend.

By in Italy,

^^^ditto^^^

2 winter vignettes available at my local LEGO store as well.

As for the Arendelle set, it has so many useful parts I think even if you hated the set you could buy it for awesome parts and sell off the mini-dolls to recover the additional cost from the license to make it worth it.

And I thought the ice castle looked terrible, but these, just wow, this is a new low... Well I guess Frozen may never get good treatment in LEGO as long as it's popular.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

That castle is awful. 2D and castles really don't mix. :|

Gravatar
By in Romania,

FINALLY! :D

Gravatar
By in Norway,

I'm gonna let these ones go

@LegoPegasister2015 Hey.. you could slap Frozen on a can of air and it would sell millions... But you could have the much better LEGO Castle sets come in to help them make it better, or lead an epic siege between Frozen and the NexoKnights who have recently allied with Chima!

By in United States,

There are some great parts. I want those white leaves!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Olaf has to be the single ugliest Lego figure I have ever seen.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Someone discovered the official names and prices.

The Sleigh Adventure is $30 for 174 pieces. THAT IS RIDICULOUS.

BTW, the castle is $60 for 477 pieces. That is not good either...

Gravatar
By in United States,

^I'd put the blame on that slide, that seems to be a $10 piece, by the size of that, if the set had everything else, it be a far more reasonable price.

Gravatar
By in United States,

^^I was just gonna say that, noticed that as well. The value is not there for those price points. I first thought these were must haves to enjoy with my daughter, the more I look at it I'm not so sure. We will probably pick up Anna & Kristoff's Sleigh to have the other characters, but probably pass on the castle set.

By in United States,

41066 is just awful but I do like the reindeer.

Gravatar
By in United States,

The castle looks pretty good, though it looks like it has a depth of at most 6 studs, which is sort of a let down. I might need to BrickLink those purple/pink minifig heads...

Same problem with the sleigh set - the shop looks more or less two-dimensional. Can't say I've seen many LEGO sets with that "movie set façade" look; even the ones that do look 2-D usually have at least a couple inches in back for playability. It's almost like the designers couldn't finish these two sets.

That tree thing in 41066 (the sleigh) looks awful.

By in United States,

Hopefully they last until Black Friday and the special deals kick in. Anyone going to change Rapunzel's hair to short brown and put her in the castle set like in the movie?

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Oh dear... I take it Lego don't produce the right bottle-green for Elsa's Frozen Fever Dress... Olive though? Really?
Baffled by the grey choice for Sven too 0.o

Gravatar
By in United States,

They will still sell out, even with all of the faults.

I'll pick them up for my daughter. She has other Frozen stuff for Christmas, so this would be a great addition, but who knows if I will find them.

Gravatar
By in France,

@TeaWeevil you should already take the sets your daughter will be happy to play with in next years :)

Gravatar
By in United States,

Wow, $30 for Anna & Kristoff's Sleigh Adventure? LOL. I'd pay $20 at most, it's really just a mis mash of pieces. Is it me or does the reindeer not look very 'sven-ish'?

Gravatar
By in United States,

^Wait a few months and you could find it for $21, I got the Beach Hut for that in a Wal-Mart on clearance.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Those little snowman in 41068-1 are mocking me to buy the set for them...

Gravatar
By in Australia,

I believe both sets are respectable to the specific age group they target and I can understand from older fans perspectives some of the flaws in the sets. I personally love the castle but thought they could have done a better job on the sleigh set considering the trading post hut looks more like a Friends super market.
I just found it odd that Lego decided to make the largest Frozen set on a 10 minute short film.
I presume they will still be flying off shelves though.

By in United States,

It's November 1 and there's no sign of these in local stores or at the Lego shop website. Did you perhaps make a mistake on the release date expectation?
