Wow!
That 31065: Park Street Townhouse set looks really good!

By in United States,

Is that bay window piece on the Park Street Townhouse new?

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

^ It has already appeared in 2014's Arctic Icebreaker (60062), this year's Ferry (60119) and Fire Boat (60109), so it's not exactly new. It's kind of new-ish, though, since it hasn't appeared in that many sets so far.

By in Ireland,

Lovely part packs!

Gravatar
By in Norway,

The beachside looks like a joke, it's just a facade! And the park street house is just...way too small. :|

By in United States,

@Sevenless & @TAFOL: Thanks for the info. I don't buy many boats so that would be why I've not seen it before.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Not in love with them, but I like them. Will probably wait for a 20% off sale at TRU before pulling the trigger. I do love the hammock, though.

Gravatar
By in Denmark,

I very much miss the Creator houses of the past - like:

4954: Model Town House
6754: Family Home
31012: Family House
4956: House
5771: Hillside House
5891: Apple Tree House
4996: Beach House

The above were kind of "model houses" whereas the recent years offerings have been more like kids' stuff.

By in Puerto Rico,

Not in my alley.

Gravatar
By in United States,

These really are not very good houses. Not the best I've seen, at any rate, but I do want that hammock!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

They wouldn't be my choice; too facadey compared to other Creator buildings I've liked. But there are some nice details, like the turtle in the beach house...

Gravatar
By in Canada,

Disappointed in Beachside Vacation. Wish it were a little bigger. Will still possibly get it as I have a few in that series already but as mentioned above by bok2 although I don't have any I would prefer the sets be larger and more of that style.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Does the townhouse hinge closed? It looks like it might.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I'm really looking forward to buying these when they are out! :)

Gravatar
By in Sweden,

The beach hut looks awful, like some kind of "Creator Junior" set. Where are the details? LEGO has really stepped up with Creator the last few years, adding more details than before while still keeping that Creator style. This is a massive step in the wrong direction.

The townhouse looks better. Not in love with it, but it at least matches the standard set these past few years.

Gravatar
By in Norway,

I for one think it is good that they keep the small 3 in 1 set around, and alternate seaside and treehouse, since it is a great stepping stone towards bigger houses and then the modulars

As for the Park Street, it looks like they managed to get two decent builds in (greenhouse!) this time rather than just the one obvious choice. Sitting next to the three previous set would make for a nice small street with easy play access.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Looks like the green part on the townhouse can disconnect, but that Will leave the closed building not having a square footprint.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Love the town house and already thinking of how you might be able to use 2 or 3 sets to build something bigger and more impressive!

Gravatar
By in United States,

I do like the gentleman's hair in the Townhouse set.

Gravatar
By in Canada,

A little creativity and a few spare parts can go a long way with expanding and customizing these sets and that's why I'm a huge fan of the Creator houses/ shops. The Townhouse is excellent and a sure buy, however, the beach house is very similar to the yellow one from last year so I'll pass on that one.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I always find it funny how creator provides more buildings than city. These look Great!

Gravatar
By in United States,

I love the turtle and palm tree on the Beachside Vacation set. Great parts in both sets!

Gravatar
By in Sweden,

I think the town house looks great, while the beach house looks good too but... something looks wrong in it´s construction.

Gravatar
By in France,

Not a fairground set this year ? :(

These sets look good

Gravatar
By in United States,

Town house is nice. Beach house? Better not be over 20 dollars, just looks really tiny, like the hammock though (at least I think that is what that is supposed to be)

Gravatar
By in Portugal,

Well... not bad, but I was expecting a lot more! Park Street Townhouse just looks unfinished to me! ;)

Gravatar
By in Germany,

Mmmh, maybe I don't need to buy that many Creator sets next year... The townhouse looks alright, but rather small; it seems somewhat in line with the Deli etc. The beachside vacation looks very plain and boring at first view

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Multiple sets in a 3 for 2 will continue my townscape. :)

Gravatar
By in Sweden,

That beach house could only appeal to a 4 year old. These Creator sets have become more of facades than real houses. 6374 is still the best Lego house.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Remember, these are 3-in-1 builds. It's not really fair to compare a 3-in-1 build to a more expensive (single-build) Creator house. They're supposed to be inexpensive, quickly built, and versatile.
I'm guessing the Beachside Vacation will be $29.99 and the Townhouse will be $49.99. However, if you wait a couple of months, they'll be 20-25% off.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

I quite like the Town House, but seriously, that little white thing with the antenna piece for a tail ... is that meant to be a dog? It looks like one of those weird robot toy dogs. I like the design, but it does seem very small.

Gravatar
By in Singapore,

@OhioBricker, the older Creator houses are also 3-in-1 builds.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

These both seem pretty good if you're after parts to make your own Lego streets or beaches. You wouldn't necessarily stick exactly to these models but there's a good basis for expansion with these sets. Not sure the town house needed a garden but it means good olive foliage. At least the design of the miniaturised town house looks as convincing as it can be for this many pieces!

Gravatar
By in United States,

I prefer the original Brickset title, "Townhouse on the Parking Street."

Gravatar
By in United States,

I actually love the beach house! The turtle and palm tree look like fun creative little builds. The raised stilts is a new aesthetic and creates a new affordable as a toy without a lot of extra cost/pieces. I'm sure it gives closed in which case it looks more like the small houses they've put out in the past (boxy and square instead of facade-ish). Lots of useful bricks in only a few colors makes it a great parts pack. I'm sure I'll get this (especially for super cheap!).
I really like the townhouse as an extension of my Creator city, too. The tan facade seems a bit plain but easily customizable. However i imagine i may hinge it closed in which case that would become the back. The front looks great. And again, lots of useful parts in uniform colors and large quantities. Gotta love it.

By in Netherlands,

So excited for the townhouse! I have collected the other compatible sets (café & bike shop, toy & grocery store, corner deli) and this looks like an excellent addition. Those minifigure hairpieces seem to be uncommon, as is the scooter. I also love that it includes a small garden.

As for those who say they are too facade-y, don't compare these to the creator houses range nor to modulars. These sets are at a different price point and scale. They are great if you want a nicely detailed building that doesn't take too much shelf space and won't cost too much.

Gravatar
By in Canada,

I'm also looking forward to the Townhouse as the similar Creator sets prompted me to start a town.

Another advantage of this scale is that that fit better with regular city sets, are more lego scale, and are a 'fun size' without be toooo serious.

Only downside I see is that when (if) folded, the cool window bays have to be facing rear for the door to be in the front.

count me in if the price is fair, maybe several.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

I just realized, could it be that this set is another street corner? The two halves aren't the same height and that garden is probably detachable like with corner deli. If it was a corner the halves don't need to match up

Also, what piece are those dark grey orbs in the black cones near the door and on the gutter? Are those dark grey minifig microphones?

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Nope, those are the bolts that are used as the ammunition in bowcasters

Gravatar
By in Germany,

Don't like the sets' designs. But they look like great parts packs. And as those 3-in-1 Creator sets tend to get discounted massively in a very short time after release, I will certainly get both for my parts collection.

Gravatar
By in Italy,

I am disappointed in Beachside Vacation. It looks like a Juniors set, it's too undetailed. Love the hammock though.
I'll be getting the townhouse. I've recently started collecting these Creator "Mini modulars" styled buildings.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Definitely getting three or more Townhouses and MOC'ing them.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I wish the townhouse was more complete looking. It looks like an afterthought compared to the detail on the bike shop.
But I will add these to my want list regardless ;)
