All of them are crazy detailed and amazing. I can only imagine how great the supposed costume series for next year will look. I enjoy the Yuppie's phone way too much!

Mine is The Hot Dog Man. Five new or rare molds in one bag!

As somebody who works at a hot dog stand, I had no choice but to vote for the hot dog guy!

They are all so detailed and have so many cool parts, but I do want to know who the mystery character is.

While I love more than one (retro space guy, hot dog guy, mystery figure) but I want the Hot Dog Guy for a dinner.

By in Australia,

Rocket Boy for me
Butterfly Girl for the little one

Very close between the Hot Dog Guy and the Retro Spaceman.

According to the results, it seems like the Corn Cob Guy haters are just a vocal minority!

Okay, this is very difficult as there are so many in this series I like. If I can choose again tomorrow I might choose another one, and the next yet another one again.

I chose the Elf Girl. I would have liked this minifig even more if they had given her proper printed minifig legs, which would have made her more versatile (pose her walking, sitting, on horseback etc.). Anyway I like elves, that is why I picked this figure. Even though I like the dwarf, pastry chef, rocket boy, butterfly girl, French dude, gladiator, hot-dog/milkshake vendor, retro spaceman about just as much. Ooh I also like the surfer dude, veterinarian, corn cub guy, dance instructor, yuppie a lot. Don't know what the 'mystery' highway man / robber will look like, but I am pretty sure I will like that one too. Only minifig I don't care that much for is the circus strong man compared to all the others.

The thing I will find most interesting in the results is if the most common minifigures are the most or the least popular. This will give an interesting insight into whether Lego is magnanimous or not. As always, thanks for the great reviews.

GO SPACEMAN!!

By in Sweden,

Kinda disappointing so many are picking a minifigure sight-unseen, especially since it'll signal to LEGO to continue with this kind of nonsense.

Whoops, voted for the Retro Space guy, when I ment to vote for the Rocket Boy.

The surfer. I love surfing, his wetsuit looks the same as mine, and he can be slotted in perfectly to the beach people pack. I also can't remember the last time I saw more detailed arm printing on a non-liscenced minifigure.

Haha, Dance Instructor doesn't seem to get much love and she is my favorite! :'D

By in United Kingdom,

The Hotdog Guy is my favourite.

By in Germany,

I voted for Butterfly Girl coz she's kind of sweet :-)
Rocket Boy would have been my second choice.
I think overall this is a pretty good series. Only a couple that I'm not that fussed about - the rest look great :-)

Has to be the Elf! I'm a fantasy/history fan and a yellowist. This minifigure is only the second yellow elf, has a new hair piece and great printing.

The Dwarf, Gladiator and Retro Spaceman (and maybe the Highwayman) are runners up.

I'll probably also get the Fairy Girl, Sausage Man, Rocket Boy, Vet and Frenchman but mostly for parts.

Go, Rocket Boy, Go!!

Hot Dog guy is such a bonanza of great pieces. The Dance Instructor should be, at worst, about halfway down the list.

By in United States,

Hot Dog Guy for all of those cool accessories, and his snappy oh so professional attire.

I would have voted for Retro Space Dude, but the mystery minifigure could be amazingly cool. If it is just a regular old pirate, I'll be so mad. }:/

By in United States,

That was a hard vote, since I really have a pretty equal tie for top 4.

Butterfly girl, rocket boy, hotdog man and elf.

Surfer, chef, French guy, vet would round out my second tier of voting.

I am not surprised by the current top two among AFOLs. ??
It would be interesting to see this same survey, but done with kids. I would expect some overlap, but also some variation.

@Rob Philips,

I'm pretty sure the mystery figure is a highwayman, not a pirate. One of the silhouetted images shows him (or her?) holding two pistols. This is a classic combination for a highwayman for which there is a sound historical reason. Firearms of the period were single shot weapons that took a long time to reload. So lone highwaymen would prepare two weapons: one to kill/threaten the coachman and one to threaten the passengers inside the coach. Of course, an accomplice with his own weapon was better, but many highwaymen operated alone. A pirate could also have to weapons but it's not as archetypal as it is for a "gentleman of the road".

Everybody is taking the mystery figure the wrong way. He's really just a plain black minifig with a question mark printed on his torso and legs! :P

3 Gourmet Chef
4 Yuppie
5 Vet
6 Surfer
