Friends Advent Calendar - Day 17

Posted by ,

Yesterday we met Jewel, the latest of Stephanie animal companions. I have a sneaking suspicion what we'll find behind the door today - I expect it will be a hutch for Jewel, just like we've had for all the other animals so far. Click on to find out if I'm right!

Really, who is surprised? It is a hutch for Jewel, actually more of a perch. The perch is accessed by a very narrow ramp. Instead of a magenta jumper, we have a purple one for Jewel in this build. But like the others, this hutch is decorated with a wreath with a red flower.

Count of extra red flowers: 6.

Like the others, Jewel looks quite comfortable.

Sure, it’s another hutch, but this one is really nice. The ramp is a great detail, and she looks perfect standing at the window. I like this one.

I agree that this is (finally!) a decent build. We've been putting two red flowers on each wreath, one on each corner.

Meh!
Useful pieces perhaps?

I doubt that any cat would actually use such a perch.
Anyway, the cat itself is just a stuffed toy to me and my LEGO City inhabitants.

Put some sort of dangly ribbon on that wreath and all seven of my cats would be up there playing.

Is it just me, or does the Friends advent calendar seem awfully predictable?

^^ Well, not if you bought it specifically for a cat anyway. If they could steal it from some other purpose though...

Venunder you obviously don't have a cat - this is a classic cat scratching post - come platform - and yest they would sit on it - after scratching the post to death (hence the use of a textured post)... anything to get them off the ground - as a cat's position in the social hierarchy is all to do with how high they sit.... If they are want to look down on you - they look down on you!!
