Gizmodo has unveiled another addition to the Avengers: Endgame subtheme, 76144 Hulk Helicopter Drop! This set contains 482 pieces and five figures, the most appealing of whom are probably Rescue and the Hulk, wearing his white Advanced Tech Suit with Tony's Infinity Gauntlet.

Black Widow and two Chitauri soldiers are also included, along with their respective vehicles.

This set will be released on the 25th of November, costing $59.99 in the US. Prices for the rest of the world have yet to be confirmed.

You can view additional images after the break...

Clicking "Continue Reading" for this article on the front page takes you to an empty article.

Edit: scratch that, my browser must be acting up.

This is a cool looking set, although the price seems a bit steep. I really like the Rescue fig and the Chitauri winged snake thing.

By in Finland,

Black widow is probably the worst character to include in the set as she was basically the only one who wasn't in the final battle.
Rescue is pretty cool though, despite being the wrong colour.

By in Italy,

The figures look great! I love Rescue and Hulk in the team suit. I can't believe they made a new mold for the Nano Gauntlet and printed on it too! The build is okay, definitely more for play than display, but not the worst thing to come out of the Super Heroes line(s). I heard rumors that this could be an entire second wave of four sets which would be amazing. I'm glad they're filling in some of the biggest gaps from the original wave.

By in United States,

That Chitari rider is actually pretty cool. The minifigs are cool, but the rest of the build is kinda meh for me. Ill still be picking this up as a marvel collector, but would def like a more relevant End Game set.

By in United States,

Strange set, and disappointing since I think most people were hoping for more accurate Endgame sets now that the movie has completed its theatrical run.

Black Widow wasn't present for OBVIOUS reasons when Hulk wore the Stark Gauntlet. Pepper's armor definitely looks more blue than purple. And if memory serves, Hulk wasn't wearing his quantum suit during that scene.

I know getting him in the quantum suit completes that particular lineup, but as most people were not really fans of the identical costumes in the first place, it hardly seems like a lot of people felt it was needed.

Not much to say about the chopper. I know kids love them and they sell well. Looks awfully stubby.

By in United Kingdom,

Quite like this I'm guessing £40 in the uk might get one... the chitauri bike is a great touch 10/10 lego.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I've read that there will be another 4 sets to be released along with this one

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

The chopper and Black Widow aren't great. I would've preferred to get a different character and a bigger Leviathan (using the Helicopters pieces).

For the rest this set is really great!

Gravatar
By in United States,

This looks great. The miniature Leviathan is awesome. Although I really don’t understand why the Gauntlet still doesn’t have all the Infinity Stones.

Gravatar
By in United States,

This is another absurd set that I will be buying without hesitation...ah well. Marvel sets are my weakness.

The shame being that Infinity War's sets were all really great overall, including one of the best Marvel sets out there (after the Bridge Battle, of course).

By in United States,

I think this is solidly a nod to the kids who play with toys based on these movies. Including Black Widow and a Nano-Gauntlet Hulk is a suitable foil for Thanos the way kids play, and helps nullify the psychological effects of the death of Iron Man and Black Widow, and Hulk is a kid favorite. At the end of the day, these are children's toys and I can accept the difference from the actual movie.

Gravatar
By in Russian Federation,

Since they're not exactly being accurate to the movie anyway, they should have made it the Thanoscopter instead.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Thanoscopter vs. Squirrelamajig Aerial Duel!

What can I say, Rescue and the "Iron Gauntlet " make this a must buy, although I admit the copter is pretty weak looking.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Very happy to see the nano gauntlet, and now I see where the rest of the stones that were missing from the compound battle are!

Gravatar
By in United States,

@WemWem: Black Widow wouldn't fit in most of the sets they've released. They have to put her in somewhere. Edit: just kidding, she was in the Quinjet. Hmm.

As for more accurate Endgame sets - it's safe to assume this wave was in production at or soon after the first one, which would put them under the same restraints. There's no way they developed this in the barely more than a month since Endgame came out.

As for Hulk in his quantum suit...as you said, it helps complete the set of quantum figs. They're not going to give him a different outfit just because some fans don't like the quantum suits.

Like other commenters have said, this is obviously aimed at kids.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I see this as an absolute win!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Not fat Thor!!! :( aside from that its looks good!

Gravatar
By in United States,

I think this set suffers from Super Hero Syndrome. Some very nice figures and details (like the Rescue armor and the Nano Guantlet) that most people will want, with an odd/unnecessary vehicle build and a slightly high price tag. That said, I'll get it. I'll wait for a discount, but I'll get it.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Ok wow I actually like this a lot more than any of the Endgame sets. The figures are incredible for once, Black Widow is DEAD so she has NO REASON being here but I don't own her fig and don't wanna buy the Quinjet. Copter actually doesn't look bad and I like the pieces (trans orange looks so good) Chitauri vehicles look awesome.

$60 isn't bad either IMO. Will be getting!!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Surprised we're getting images this early for a November release given that some recent sets have only been announced days before they go on sale.

Gravatar
By in United States,

This is fantastic! After seeing this I can not wait to see the rest! I need a fat Thor with a new belly and beard piece!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I can't help but complain about this set.
1. It is yet another Endgame set that doesn't actually recreate a scene from the film
2. Despite the fact that there is never an Avengers helicopter seen in any of the films, we got two in the Endgame line
3. Instead of choosing one of the hundreds of characters that appears in the final battle, they chose Black Widow, who isn't even in the scene, and is a fig that has already appeared in a set and isn't even desirable.
4. Pepper's armour should be blue

The Chitauri thing looks ok though.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Thanos's gauntlet was for the left-hand, and the Nano-gauntlet is for the right hand. I know my son will get a kick out of equipping a big fig with both infinity gauntlets. Now I just have to figure out where I stored the extra infinity stones from last year's Avengers movie set.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

@artfuldoger I am completely on your son’s level on the double-gauntlet big fig plan :)

Gravatar
By in United States,

This sets needs two tacos.

Gravatar
By in France,

Even if I find it so appealing, maybe a more blueish color, or say less purple, would have been better for Rescue? I am not an expert of MCU, but in my memory blue was the major tone of her armor? Maybe I am wrong so if some true fan can answer me : thank you. The brick built bad guys flying creatures are great too.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I’m surprised this set didn’t have all the infinity stones in it tbh. For Stark’s gauntlet, it was only really shown with all six stones. That being said, I’m glad we are getting more Endgame sets!!

Gravatar
By in Canada,

Looks pretty cool! Definitely look at getting it!

Gravatar
By in United States,

I'm glad that Lego is making more Endgame sets to fill in the gaps from the movie like the nano gauntlet, Quantum Hulk and Rescue. I can't wait to see the rest of the November Endgame sets!!

Gravatar
By in Germany,

Really? REALLY? For realsies?

I thought set quality would improve with a second wave, but somehow, this is even worse than the first. Not only does it have nothing to do with the movie, it's exceedingly ugly on top of that. Kinda dread seeing the other four sets.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Between this and 76131 you get all six stones, correct?

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Sure, the helicopter looks weird, but has anyone noticed how many 45 degree wedged tiles are used on it!? Generous! Plus a recoloured canopy. The Leviathan looks even better! Rescue is fantastic, love her in the purple!

I'm not a Marvel fan at all and I haven't seen Endgame, but I'll be looking out for this set on sale.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I like everything about it except the price. I will probably get on a sale.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I don’t get why folks are so hot and bothered about Black Widow’s inclusion; it’s hardly the first time Lego has stuck a character in a set they didn’t belong in storyline wise. Ace the Bathound vs. the Court of Owls, anyone?

Gravatar
By in United States,

482 seems like a lot for this set!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Day one purchase for me just for Rescue and Quantum Suit Hulk with the Stark Gauntlet. The Chitauri stuff is a nice addition, but don't really care for the helicopter. Still better than the one from the Compound though. Black Widow just seems like a throw in figure as a means to justify the steep price point of $59.99, but given the rest of the excellent minifigure selection, I will still be getting this day one.

I think the reason for not getting the power and time stones is that they came in the compound set from earlier this year.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Anyone else surprised they put 4 of the infinity stones in this set?

Gravatar
By in United States,

I just want a purple Iron Man!!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

......just wish the Rescue minifig had the opening visor 10907 helmet rather than the helmet they’ve chosen

Gravatar
By in United States,

YES! Now you won't have to pay scalpers 19$ for the Mind Stone!
At first I thought it was a Nexo Knights set and was super confused.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Perfect set for kids. Just perfect.
Two large flying vehicles to square off.
Smaller Chitauri flyer to fight the Iron-Pepper (excellent graphics).
Then the ultimate fig: The Incredible Hulk with the Iron Infinity Gauntlet to drop the hammer!!! THE difference maker.
Would've LOVED this as a kid! Who am I kidding?! Gonna get this first day ;)

By in Canada,

Given the likelihood that the inaccuracies of the Endgame sets stem from Marvel Studios giving licensing partners very little to work from ahead of time (i.e. just character designs and vague scene descriptions like "there will be a chase scene with a boat" or "there will be a fight at the Avengers compound"), I think the designers have done a praiseworthy job letting their creativity fill in the blanks.

In general, this set's builds employ a similar design language to what we've seen of the Chitauri tech in other Marvel movies or the Avengers tech in other sets from this year, but take those aesthetics in some really unique new directions. It's stuff like this or many of the non-movie-based Super Heroes sets that lead me to feel that many people's criticisms of licensed themes as "unimaginative" or "stifling creativity" are a bit too broad a generalization.

After all, it's clear the designers of sets like these don't feel limited to recreating stuff somebody else previously designed — in fact, they seem to exercise arguably more creative license here then they might often get for "real life" inspired models in themes like City where an overaching sense of realism tends to be expected by adults and kids alike.

And kids playing with sets like this or the Spider-Man and Batman sets from earlier this year are hardly just going to end up recreating scenes from comic books, cartoons, and movies word for word if the builds in question didn't even appear in any prior forms of media.

Media will certainly inform kids of what kind of stuff Batman or Spider-Man or the Hulk might say or do in a situation of their own imagining, but the same can be said of many more general archetypes like kings, princesses, knights, pirates, firefighters, police, convicts, cowboys, bandits, vampires, or werewolves.

After all, how many different kids' ideas of how pirates talk or the things they do can be traced back to either the book "Treasure Island" or Disney's film adaptation from 1950? For that matter, many LEGO Castle characters like the Forestmen or Majisto the Wizard are plainly inspired by specific individuals from literature or folklore like Robin Hood or Merlin.

Anyway, tangent aside, neat set and cool characters. Not really interested in getting this one any more than I typically tend to be with Super Heroes sets, but it's neat that some characters like Rescue who didn't appear in other Avengers Endgame sets haven't simply been forgotten.

Gravatar
By in Finland,

Out of all the avengers they could've put here, they put black widow, the only avenger who isn't in this scene

Gravatar
By in United States,

I’m so buying this - Hulk in his Quantum nano-suit, the Stark Infinity Gauntlet, Pepper/Rescue, Black Widow in her Quantum nano-suit, and two Chitauri - you can’t go wrong.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Rescue!

Interesting that the Iron Gauntlet only seems to have 4 of the infinity stones. With the last line, you had to collect all 6 sets to get all 6 stones, so I wonder, if there'll be another set with the remaining two, or we're just fresh out of luck?

Gravatar
By in Puerto Rico,

I love Rescue and the Chitauri, the build could have been a better creature and remove the Helicopter and rather than Widow have Valkyre in a Pegasus.

Gravatar
By in United States,

@Zordboy the other two stones can be found in 76131 Avengers Compound Battle set from earlier this year. Other than that I guess you could try to Bricklink them as they're fairly cheap.

Gravatar
By in Brazil,

Another set based on something that never existed on the movie. Big Marvel fan here but Jesus, ALL Endgame sets are terrible in terms of faithfullness. I just can't believe I won't buy a single set of this wave. Pure garbage.

Gravatar
By in New Zealand,

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! this - Rescue is here. Super stoked and a day one buy for me. I have kids, so not cared about the helicopter, kids will happily take it off my hands. Not fussed about Black Widow either way. Could use her to make my own QRS Iron Man and save buying the polybag :)

Hopefully will have an Ironheart at some stage depending on where Marvel goes with the franchise.

Gravatar
By in United States,

@Antoine 23 - That Rescue looks to be about a grape purple, which I like.. From what I recall having seen in the movie, that armor is purple, so the minifig is faithful to the color.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Going to steal a helmet from the Iron Legion minifig and give it to Rescue.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Man, I wish the Leviathan was properly sized, perhaps the whole set, but I'm happy for Rescue and QRS Hulk. Plus, happy we now have a right-handed gauntlet, which was necessary. If they wanted to include Widow again, why not give her an accurate figure? Elsa Hair, Black Costume? Here's hoping we get scaley Cap, Ronin, and the Big Lebowski, I mean Thor...

Gravatar
By in Latvia,

Getting all of the Infinity Stones AND The Infinity Gauntlet in 1 set? Plus we have a Hulk, a helicopter, Pepper in her suit and Chitauri? Absolute win!

Gravatar
By in United States,

$60 for a 482 peice set? Are they trying to cut corners with less pieces or something?

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

@Darth Studhilus: It's four out of six Infinity Stones apparently, but I read a description somewhere stating the remaining 2
are in the Avengers Compound set, which this set accompanies.

Gravatar
By in United States,

@MugenLazlo: That'd be the bigfig driving up the price. Minifigures themselves tend to add more to the cost of a set in general thanks to their printed detail and pre-assembled parts, and bigfigs are even bigger and more complex thanks to their bulky parts and pre-assembled torsos. On top of that, this version of Hulk has a right-hand version of the Infinity Gauntlet that very possibly could remain exclusive to this set—another cost that could factor into the sticker price.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I was really upset we didn't get a Rescue or Ronin minifig as well as Hulk in the white suit. I'm glad this set has 2 of those! I would still like to see Ronin in a set, even like a bricktober style pack. Maybe a public release of the Collector as well.
