LEGO has published thumbnail images of a number of hitherto unknown 2020 sets in a dark and dusty corner of its website this week, including those for the first tranche of polybags.

You will now find them all in the database, including 30453 Captain Marvel and Nick Fury. This polybag contains Captain Marvel wearing her Starforce uniform, following its earlier exclusivity to 77902 Captain Marvel and the Asis from San Diego Comic-Con!

Other appealing polybags include 30386 Poe Dameron's X-wing Fighter, Trolls 30555 Poppy's Carriage and Creator 30574 Cat.

You can view them all here.

I’m loving the Captain Marvel polybag. I hope it’s easily obtainable!

By in Australia,

That there's a new polybag for Speed Champions is interesting.

I like the Build Your Own xxxxxx.

I also really like the flower arrangements LEGO has done the past few years. So the Flower and Box of Chocolates appeals to me.

And that Creator train looks sharp!

30411: Chocolate Box & Flower is my choice!
A good way to show the beauty of LEGO to my wife on 14th of February or 8th of March! :)

I hope that Trolls polybag isn't a gwp. I don't feel like spending a lot of money on a set I don't want, but I am intrigued as to how the minifigures work.

By in United Kingdom,

Few nice ones there.. I might buy multiple captain marvel ones n create yonn Rogg and Minerva out of them... also love the creator train and the X-wing..

By in United Kingdom,

Images for all but the Speed Champions one added.

By in Finland,

The hidden side, ninjago and city ones are cool

Yay, some great poly bags that will be impossible to get in the UK as they usually are. The only ways I know to get polys in the UK is Smyths LEGO events (like 4 a year), 5 polys available at a supermarket (ASDA or TESCO), GWP at LEGO.com with high thresholds and that's pretty much it.

I wish they still did Daily Mail promos, but some idiots had to ruin it for everyone else.

^ The thrill of the chase is part, if not all, of the fun!

Yonn Regg with the Captain Marvel print might look a bit goofy since it is a curved torso print. Either that or Jude Law must look different than I remember. :P Minerva would work fine though.

By in Belgium,

Lots of great polys there.

Gravatar
By in Germany,

I like some of 'em, and I bet there'll be no way to get them around here, as per frickin usual.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Nice stuff there! Is that the first Minecraft polybag?

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

That train is eye-catching

Gravatar
By in Australia,

oh boy i can't wait to never get any of these :(

Gravatar
By in United States,

I will say, I prefer the polybag X-Wing over the full-scale one, but that train looks SO good!

Gravatar
By in Romania,

I think that cat is either electrocuted or eyeballing to the nice train near her.

Gravatar
By in United States,

This is fantastic!!! So great to be able to get the other Captain Marvel Starforce uniform!

By in United Kingdom,

Looks great, hope they’re easily available but I do doubt it.

I'm most excited to see how that Speed Champions Lambo Evo polybag turns out. Hopefully, it's done in a way similar to the Shell Ferraris, and with the same pullback motor. Hopefully, we'll start seeing a whole slew of Speed Champions cars in the slightly-larger-than-1:64 format Racers was. So far, the few Creator-size cars that have been released as polybags haven't come close.

Love the Captain Marvel polybag- now the only exclusive part to the SDCC set is Maria Rambeau’s face print. Will definitely pick up multiples!

By in United Kingdom,

GoldenNinja3000, there is one other exclusive piece in the Captain Marvel set. 50373 - Wedge 3 x 4 with Stud Notches in Dark Bluish Gray. I got the parts list and sourced them from Bricklink but had to substitute that one for a light bluish gray one. Aside from that, I'm stoked to be able to get the Starforce Captain Marvel for my take on the set. :)

By in Puerto Rico,

I think that Capt Marvel one could have gone when the movie was coming out, looks good as does the El Fuego cannon.

By in Latvia,

30463: Chef Enzo's Haunted Hotdogs
When I saw the name, I thought it was Enzo Ferrari) That would be quite fitting, considering the SC Ferrari F8 Tributo

By in Poland,

Very interesting that both Trolls and Ninjago polys use bagged set of pieces. Its the first time we get them in polybags!

Gravatar
By in United States,

I was feeling really stupid about ordering the Starforce Captain Marvel online until I realized that Maria Rambeau is still exclusive. Phew!

I'll probably get this poly bag to make up a Minn Erva for myself, though. That's exciting, at least!

Not a single one from Harry Potter or Fantastic Beasts in 2019!
Not a single one from Harry Potter or Fantastic Beasts in 2020 :S

By in Australia,

I like the Captain Marvel and Minecraft bags, and the others are fine.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Captain Marvel one looks great. Now I won't have to overpay to get that sdcc set.

By in Netherlands,

@HangedSanchez No that is not the first Minecraft polybag; this year’s little set 30393 was the first Minecraft polybag. My son likes them though these don’t seem to contain parts that are not available in other Minecraft sets. Still a good way of getting certain figures cheap if you don’t already own them or aren’t interested in the bigger sets or rest of the theme.

As for the current 2020 polybag range, not bad IMO! Does that Ninjago Combo Charger car actually transform into some kind of plane or is it a rebuild thing?

Of course, in Germany, the UK and various other countries, there will be foil packs with magazines. On the upside, those are easily obtained — at least in the UK. On the downside, what they will be won’t be publicly disclosed much in advance.

By in United States,

That Captain Marvel one is a definite buy. Hopefully easily attainable...

By in United States,

Glad theyre continuing the trend of SDCC exclusives not being completely exclusive. I think the green roof from Action Comics 1 is the only part that still doesnt exist elsewhere.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Even non-exclusive polybags are distributed exclusively...hence, 30623 Shazam! polybag.

Better not do it with the Captain Marvel and Fury, TLG! It's mean and not nice.

I would love to see all of the 2019 polybags available in my area- I mean, really, it is almost 2020, and I haven't seen ANY of the Ninjago polys and just barely got the Spider Crawler and Police Jetpack. 30365 Space Satellite I have via Bricklink, and I"m glad I ordered a couple of them.

They should make the polybags available on the website. Even then, there are only a couple of these that I think I'd want. Maybe the micro X-wing, certainly the Hidden Side sets for parts/poplation builder, but that's it. Looks like a sad year for polybags. Wish they'd do a better job at global distribution.

I love Polybags and look forward to adding to my massive polybag collection. They are a nice sized set to give away, which I have done so for the last couple years at the Denver and Madison Children's Hospitals. They have the right price point(even better when on sale) to not dent my personal wallet too bad.

I'm looking forward to buying...um...nope, got nothing.
