LEGO House exclusives to be available at LEGO.com
Posted by CapnRex101,
Following the brief availability of 21037 LEGO House yesterday, LEGO has today announced that all three exclusive products from the LEGO House will soon be sold at LEGO.com!
The following three sets will be available on LEGO.com from early May:
Unfortunately, 40366 LEGO House Dinosaurs and 4000026 LEGO House Tree of Creativity will only be available in the UK, Ireland and Denmark but 21037 LEGO House will be sold worldwide.
Each set will be sold for an equivalent RRP to their original cost in DKK and purchasing restrictions will be in place.
Will you be purchasing these sets in May? Let us know in the comments.

I’m definitely tempted to get the Lego House, maybe the tree depending on price. The dinosaurs look great but not really for me
There you have it, all you American collectors! Your wish has been granted. Meanwhile, we get extra special stuff... except I can’t afford the more expensive stuff.
How much are the Danish prices?
Limiting 2 out of the 3 to just a few countries is BS. Might as well not make them available at all outside Denmark. If you're not making them available worldwide, don't bother, LEGO.
Yeah like @Slobrojoe said does anyone know the prices? There not entered into the brickset listings so I'm wondering how much this will hurt the wallet
being from the US i can only get the House, and will absolutely do so! would be cool if it was available during the "may the 4th" period, then i can toss it in with my SW order
Not trying to sound harsh on those less fortunate that haven’t been able to go to Lego House themselves. But we went last year and it was a huge pull to go there to collect these exclusive sets. What’s the point if they are making EVERYTHING available on the website. I get sometimes it’s frustrating that it’s hard to get certain items, but how amazing is it when you actually get your hands on something you’ve really struggled or worked hard to get. Takes away a whole lot of the magic for me....
@denn unless lego pulls another 40 minute wonder it should be available as it say's from the 1st of May
Great that LEGO adopted the policy of making regional exclusive sets available worldwide a little while ago, but wait... only Denmark, UK and Ireland?
Better if all three sets had been available to all, or (as others have suggested) had remained a Lego House exclusive than this in-between solution. Thanks a lot TLG!
I'm definitely considering the LEGO House set. Always thought it looked cool.
I'm in the US and I'll happily buy the Lego House.
Trying to be optimistic but why do I have the feeling Lego will probably only stock 10 sets or less in the US and it'll sell out inless than an hour? Don't like the regional exclusivity but it is what it is.

It was brought up yesterday: The US gets so much more exclusive stuff (which I am extremely jealous of, especially Star Wars), so it is our turn now.
I am tempted to get the House but the other two look great, I wonder if I can squeeze it on my budget.
Yes, yes and yes!
Yesssss. I have most of them already (my Tree of Creativity is signed ??) but I shall be buying the dinosaurs.
Since one could get any of those sets on the secondary market at higher cost, I'm glad that they are are available for less now. Lego House, come on over!
Lego: No more regional exclusives!
Also Lego: “Will only be available in the UK”
Prices are 449dkk for the House and 599dkk for creativity tree and dinosaurs.
But the heck Lego, are you serious? Only 3 EU countries??? The first time I read IE I meant inland Europe ??
By the way, just note it's time to be the next exclusive set revealed...

I had to look it up but the house is 499 and the other 2 are 599, which makes the 2 £70.29 each and the house is £58.56. I guess I won’t be getting any of them, then. But the last article said something about the house going down to £49.99? Is there any change in that respect @CapnRex101?
I am fortunate enough to have visited Lego House and own all three. These are likely being sold on a limited availability to make up for sales due to the physical attraction's closure and to free up some shelf space for when Lego House reopens and reveals the upcoming exclusive set.
Two items of note about the Tree of Creativity--both of which have had Brickset articles:
1 - The Tree of Creativity had a limited production run with each box individually numbered.
https://brickset.com/article/34585/lego-house-tree-of-creativity-set-announced
2 - The set was scheduled to retire this Spring and likely be sold out by May. There are likely very few left.
https://brickset.com/article/49120/lego-house-tree-of-creativity-retiring-soon
l am in the US so at least l get the house. Already have the tree but really wanted the dinosaurs
I still have a bitter taste when such action brings more frustration than happiness. We are not only passionate people but also clients for this big company.
It is a good thing it was resolved somehow.
It was a big silence from Brickset on yesterday's article. It is not their fault but I still wondering who told @CapnRex101 and other sites to write an article about availability and some of the people here were even able to order yesterday 23 April if LEGO intended to sell it starting May?
To act like this in such a manner for such an identity like set...
I will always remember this bitter taste when I will see this Lego House set from now on in my Architecture collection. I already made it from spare parts last summer, so I will not bother buying it.
I hope all of you will be able to buy what you wish.
While I wish I could get the Tree, I'll gladly settle for the House!
I was excited for a minute... oh well..
I'm not particularly interested... Every penny spent on Trains and Modulars is a penny well spent as far as my preference is concerned. I gather that for all 3 I could easily fetch another 10233 of Bricklink.
But of course, I am very happy for anyone who is now given a chance to get Lego House Exclusives. Enjoy!
@Fulinkazan - The sets cost as follows at the LEGO House:
21037-1 LEGO House - 449 DKK
40366-1 LEGO House Dinosaurs - 599 DKK
4000026-1 LEGO House Tree of Creativity - 599 DKK
@Felix_Mezei - We were not given any prior notice that 21037-1 LEGO House would be available yesterday, nor were we informed why the set was removed from sale so quickly. Presumably the earlier sale period was an error.
However, LEGO today issued a short press release on the LAN, stating that these three sets would be available in May, hence publishing this article.
Good to know we have a second chance!
I’d imagine none of these sets were ever intended to be sold online, but with the closure of LEGO House due to COVID-19 (and the intention to retire at least the Tree of Creativity), selling remaining stock online makes sense. I’d further guess that there are more of the LEGO House set available than the other two, either due to its lower price point or the intention to keep it in production longer, hence the wider online availability for that set. I don’t have any problem with LEGO making these sets available where they can. It’s too bad I don’t live in one of the areas where the two more desirable sets will be available, but that’s the way the cookie crumbles.
Already have signed by designer sets from the Inside Tour, so I am tempted to pick up another Dino and House set unsigned as haven't got around to building yet and would prefer to open an unsigned one. As for the tree wasn't actually that keen on it so i'll pass on a 2nd. I also managed to pick up the earlier Lego House 4000010 too which is also in the backlog for building, randomly given 4000010 is limited edition and 21037 isn't, the limited one sells for a lot less than it's colour replacement.
I would like to get the LEGO House set & will certainly try. I hope for it to become available at a separate time then the May the 4th event, as their site will crash just with SW orders alone on May 1. To add something like this at the same time will certainly make for stressful ordering. It would be better if they made this available after the 4th. I am sure their site would still crash even with just the LEGO House set being available for in the US, but then it wouldn't mess with May the 4th event.

Your enjoyment of something shouldn't be predicated off the fact that less people have it. I went, got the sets, and it is still an enjoyable place to go regardless and would've gone anyway. (Also, we went while on a vacation to the UK, and knowing the plane prices you all have in the UK, its waaaaay easier to say "just go there eventually"). That's a lot harder for us guys on another continent. I think it's better if they make all of them available worldwide. Only people this hurts are scalpers IMO, and I couldn't care less about them.
I bought all three sets when I went to Lego House last year as they were exclusives. Honestly I don't mind that they are now less exclusive since I never intended to sell them for profit but keep them as a reminder of a truly remarkable trip (it was the lego inside tour). The more people can enjoy those sets the better. I know I will and with the added bonus of the memory of those 3 days. :)
Now I regret buying the Lego House when it was severely upcharged through bricklink lol. Happy more people will get access to i though, great set!
Re-sellers are going to cry

Yeah, that's the main reason I'm not interested in the Lego House set."
-It is likely that this is a gesture to ameliorate the disappointment of many who have had to cancel or postpone their visits indefinitely due to the closure and travel restrictions. Financial hardships may deplete an individual's "going to Billund" funds. Not all prospective guests live as close as the UK. Many US cultural venues have tried to make parts of their exclusive, in-person experiences available remotely. A soon as it is possible to visit, these offers may cease. This is a generous offer during the current circumstances.
Actually managed to order one yesterday, so I assume it will ship once May comes around. I'm still glad of this news however, because I was sceptical that my order was ever guaranteed after all the news yesterday of how quickly the set was removed from the online store. Might pick up some of the others now :)
Great news, I really want the Dinosaur set more than any others so definitely going to try buy that one.
I'm getting ready to laugh at all those Americans who are upset cause they can't get 2 of them XD. They still complain whiles they have their Target exclusive Darth Vader Bust and Walmart exclusive 60th Anniversary sets and mountains of polybags that we never get.
based on the price of 21037 shown yesterday, 40366 and 4000026 are more likely to be £59.99.
The Tree of Creativity looks like a miniaturization of something the Bearded Builders would make.
I'm torn. On the one hand, the Lego House looks really cool, and I kinda want it. On the other hand, I've never been there, so it seems a little odd to but. Thoughts?
I am glad to have the opportunity, though, even if its just for one of the three.
I think it should be noted in the news article that the LAN post states these will only be available online while the LEGO House is closed. When it reopens, they'll be removed.
Just in case people are wondering when to pick these up - do it sooner rather than later!

I’m a TFOL. I have never been to anywhere else in Europe other than Belgium, France and Spain, two of which were school trips. I have also never been to any Legoland or anything similar. If I had the money, I would buy all of them, despite not having been to the actual house. I say take the opportunity and buy it, because there won’t be another chance like it in the future. I will be missing out, because I rely on birthday and Christmas, both of which are at least 4 months away, so I don’t have that much lying around. Buy it, if you have the money!
Oh man, pretty bummed that two of them will not be available in the US. Probably going to pay a fortune on Bricklink to get those shipped to me
@Samdefisher
Fwiw, I did the same, and while it's a little disappointing to see the sets become a little less unique, at least I know that my copy of the set came from the Lego House itself, like my NYC skyline came from NYC, etc. The specialness of the set is still there, because it still reminds you of being there, which you can't get by buying it from elsewhere. Just my two cents.
I've never been to Tatooine, but I still wanted to get 75052, and I'm really happy I don't have to go all the way there to get it. Same applies to the Lego House set, because unless I hit the lottery Billund may as well be on Tatooine.

Come on LEGO, make up your mind! When you send contradictory messages like these it's hard no to feel you are playing games with your customers.
I'll get Lego House. I'd never given it much thought seeing as it was only ever available in Billund, but after missing out yesterday I was gutted as it seems like a great set (and great value). So put me down for one of those!
Not fussed about the architecture set as I got the initial house all in white. Definitely will be trying to buy the tree of creativity and maybe the dinosaurs
I would normally say something snarky about the regional exclusives thing they announced last year, but all three of these sets were only previously available in one building in Denmark which has been forced to close, and only make sense in relation to that building and displays inside it. I think these are all very niche products and probably have extremely limited production due to only being sold in one place, and to be honest they don't have any interest to me as LEGO sets. I would of course prefer that they be available worldwide but IMO just about anybody outside the relevant countries who wants to buy one of these can find LEGO products outside of the official online store and these becoming available publicly in any part of the world makes that easier
I really want the lego architecture lego house but I live in singapore so I don't know if they made the special offer to ship to singapore. Normally, lego.com dosen't ship to singapore. hopefully they do!
Really unusual for us here to have a set exclusive...!
I'm very pleased to have a chance to buy the Lego House--although given the LEGO.com site will probably collapse because of the May 4th promo, I doubt I'll actually manage to get it. I'm sorry not to get even a long-shot chance at the Tree (a set I loved!) or the Dinosaurs, but I can understand that stock is probably much more limited for those sets. Given this is a sort of substitution for a real-life trip to Billund, I can understand why the sets in short supply were limited to Denmark, the U.K., and Ireland--presumably most of the tourists at this time of year come from those countries, meaning that they are the ones most likely to be having their plans upended by Covid. It's a very nice gesture by TLG, as far as I'm concerned!!
Cool, even if I can’t get the Dino’s.
Only interested in Lego house, don't find the two other sets appealing anyway
I have them allready.
being here in the united states i will for sure be getting the house and if there is any one that want to buy the tree for me lets talk. i differently want both.
this is another false step of LEGO: first he creates exclusivity with the purchase only in Billund, the collectors have overpaid these sets, then he puts them on sale on the official website? ...... LEGO, TO BE SERIOUS !!!
(US collector) I've already bought the tree and have been eyeing the other two. Although it is a shame it is only UK, it should at least drive down the bricklink/ebay prices to something more reasonable. Now we just need the Billund Airport!
@Samdefisher,
I totally understand what you are saying, and do not believe your enjoyment is "predicated off the fact that less people have it." While less people may have it, that is not the basis for the enjoyment.
For about 2 years I had been searching for an unopened Dino parachute set. When I finally found it I was thrilled. While not many have it, that had nothing to do with my enjoyment of it.
Don't be bothered by others who don't understand, or others who just interpret things ignorantly.
Cheers to all.
I'll probably buy the LEGO House.
I'd like to buy the dinosaurs set. No more regional exclusives, you say? What a great idea!
I'm glad they've decided to start selling these on the website. I'll only buy the house, which I have been watching on ebay, waiting for the price to drop. I didn't see the point in going to Billund just for that. Like buying something on the site just because you want the "free gift" if you spend over x amount. Although with the prices ebay sellers charge lately...
Does anyone have any idea when in May it will be available? May 1st or will it just drop randomly one night?

I'm curious too; it's May 1st now and the May the 4th promo is live, but 20137 is not to be found. :(

Wondering the same here, too, guys!
Does anyone have a link to the original press release or was this just emailed out to limited media outlets? I've been trying to find the release in their newsroom but all I can find are articles like these that refer to a release from Lego.com but don't actually link to it.
I mean, I'd love to get Lego House now that the opportunity is here, since I've been quietly collecting the pieces anyway, but it's kinda hard to gauge what the store is planning to do when some outlets say "May 1st", and others say "early May".
i agree with everyone about when it is available i hope that maybe
huw and chime in with any info he may have or captrex?????????

I was searching on Google to see if I came across some more information and found this article. Is this true?! So even 21037 will only be available in Europe?
https://www.brickfanatics.com/lego-house-exclusive-sets-cannot-be-sold-outside-europe/
Sounds like no Lego House outside of Europe now. :-(

One of the earlier posts cited an article on Brick Fanatics from January, well before the announcement that prompted this article. We might still get the Lego House here in the US.
@FuddRuckus I think you are confusing 4000024 Inside Tour set and 4000026 Lego House set regarding the numbered boxes for Tree of Creativity
All available to order this morning on the UK site.
£75 for the Dinosaurs seems a bit steep compared to the pricing of the house and the tree.
