Optimus is still showing as coming soon… grrrr!

I was placed in the queue in the UK and was allowed in after a couple of minutes and Optimus was there to buy. So I did as that’s why I stayed up late!

A couple of mins in a queue in UK and got in easy. SP3, Limited Book, Optimas. All Aquired. Happy Days :)

Apparently, here in Australia, we only get the Zane Jet and the Ultra Golden Dragon today from the Ninjago line up. Everything else releases on August 1st. Does anyone know why?

Just ordered Optimus! Must be special because I never buy anything from the Lego Store usually :)

Several sets that I want, but I've run out of storage space for Cardboard Adventures, so they'll just have to wait for a couple of weeks!

Got in at 00:07 after ten minutes in the virtual lineup but the site was working super well and it took me a minute to order Optimus. I’m pumped! Now to sleep (as if…)

So my question is: Why is Starry Night "Out of Stock" before it's even available to non VIPs...something screwy.

Only had to wait a couple minutes, then had no problems ordering 2 copies of Optimus Prime: one for me, and one for my friend who is in the hospital.

Book for Ferrari Daytona SP3 still not available in the US.

Book is finally available in the US.

Book was limit of 5, but just changed to limit of 1. Did anyone order and receive confirmation of more than 1? I only ordered 1 copy which I'm happy about.

1copy of the book with confirmation, order has now been cancelled Lego say I went over the limit , will be ring CS when they open.

Got Optimus, a couple of smaller sets, and 40533 as well - all with no problems - so I'm pleased.

What I'm less pleased about is that I discovered I'd paid before I added my VIP points. Hopefully LEGO will allow me to add them retrospectively.

Cardboard Adventures seems to be still available. I've just ordered Optimus Prime and they threw the extra in as well.

ferrari book gone, no surprise there

Can't believe Optimus hasn't sold out yet. Did they make loads or is there just not as much love out there for the big blue & red guy as I thought. Surely not.

I ordered Optimus at about 9am this morning (along with the bathtub) and was mildly surprised that it was still available.

Those city farm sets have some ridiculous pricing compared to the Euro. What the heck Lego?

Instead I got myself a deal from Argos - via the link on Brickset for Death Star Trench Run Diorama, & on a whim 76394-1 as they were both reduced, plus using Nectar rewards points, got both for £37!

Regarding the Lego site, what interested me was the 3 minute video promo for the 45th anniversary of Star Wars - is that a first look at Omega in mini-figure form and a new body mould for Grogu? Fun video too.

I would not be too hopeful, as the same video shows Moff Gideon using a cool looking dark saber, something LEGO has yet to give us.

I was a bit ... distracted last night and didn't log on to LEGO.com until 12:08a EST. I managed to grab Optimus Prime (there seems to be plenty of stock left at 2:30p), and 40533 showed up in my cart and remained there throughout the check-out process. Unfortunately, when I received my order confirmation, the Cardboard Adventures were nowhere to be seen. Thankfully, I've read of similar experiences here on Brickset and immediately contacted Customer Support. The GWP was sold out, so no luck there, but I did receive 1950 VIP points for the trouble.

Went to the local store at 10am- it opens at 11am- and was 4th in line. By opening the line was very long and I saw the store manager walking about a third of the way down and let people know there were plenty of Optimus Prime models but the Ferrari was likely not going to last to that point.

I got the Ferrari, the Autobot leader, and the GWP. Overall, a good haul. All I want is Groot next month. Lego, please don't surprise me...

Stock levels of most non limited stuff seems pretty good. Apart from a few 1 or 2 week backorders, the only super quick out of stock items seem to have been the Looney Tune key rings!

There's no way in my mind that Optimus is less popular than BTTF, yet the DeLorean sold out instantly and Prime is still available as of 3:30PM MST! I'm absolutely shocked. Cardboard Adventures are all gone, so I'm still happy I stayed up late to get it last night, but a big shocker it's atill available.

Prime is still available - seems like it should be okay that it (he?) isn't sold out yet. People who are waiting for payday, or who are still saving up for it still have the chance. I've seen angry/frustrated comments here about other sets that were sold out right away, so I'm glad to see there was enough stock to go around this time.

Or they just predicted the sales of Optimus Prime better than the DeLorean!
And of course, extending an old GWP will have spread the demand... There will likely be another spike when the next GWP goes live.

Is the whole wave LEGO store exclusive? I haven't seen any of the sets at Amazon, kohls, target, Walmart, etc.

Bought Optimus Prime at about 9am on 1 June. Didn’t expect it to be in stock. It’s currently still in warehouse. Had holding email from Lego this morning saying they’re busy with backlog orders and it’ll ship ASAP.

Yeah mine still hasn’t shipped. First Lego order I have done there in about 2 years. Can’t say I’m impressed.

Got a notification that Optimus shipped...but no GWP with the shipment notification. Grr. Guess we'll see what's in the box when it shows up, but I'm sure that other GWP's were listed in the shipment notifications in the past.
