Exclusive LEGO House set to be sold by Billund retailers

LEGO is making (or is soon to make) a right mess in the centre of Billund while building works for the LEGO House take place.
By way of compensation for local shopkeepers, it seems that it is going to make an Architecture model of the LEGO House which will be sold exclusively in Billund shops. It'll be given set number 4000010 and will be available from March 2014 for 149 DKK.
There's an article and video on a Danish website which shows the set and provides more information, if you can understand Danish, that is...

Not really a fan...way too blocky for me. Though that may just be the original building's fault.

the video says that there will be a larger, more detailed set coming out in 2016 when the Lego House is finished. im from denmark, so will definitely be picking up a few of these if i get the chance!
Darn... I thought LEGO is against the "secondary market", yet they keep creating it...

The Lego House ? Is this like the one the Captain Slow built (http://www.topgear.com/uk/photos/james-may-lego)?

It sounds as if it will be plentiful and available maybe for a year or so, so I don't think anyone need panic!

@MrMonsieurGreen: They'll surely appear online soon after its release. There will also be those who resell it on ebay and other sites, probably for an outrageously high price, but that'd be one way you could get one. :)
We will be help full with getting the set out to others. As long as LEGO produce enough sets ;)
I feel sorrier for the local merchants who will be affected by the construction for years!
We can survive a wait for the small or larger set, but what if the construction were to kill off your business due to lack of traffic, road construction, etc.
And then we Legoland fans get a huge LEGO House to enjoy for years!
