Oh I really love that botanical garden, and the bus.
I love the Botanical Garden. It's absolutely fantastic and beautiful.
Need the botanical gardens for shure
Botanical garden looks absolutely incredible. Friends 2023 continues to be the best theme going.
That botanical garden is stunning
That botanical Garden is on another level of beauty

They might still be on the up-slope!
This is certainly another good looking wave of sets, although I think for once City has them beaten.
Been a very good for announcements today.
Friends has been consistently one of, if not the best theme over the last few years. The Botanical Gardens set is another amazing one from the range.
The Botanical Garden is definitely a really nice build.
Shame it's wasted on this absolute garbage theme.
Like many others have already said, the botanical gardens look fantastic! This wave looks like one of the best. Stephanie also makes an appearance in the community center as well as Mia make a return. Just a few more old friends to go...
Cries in CITY…
The Botanical Gardens and Community Center are two of the prettiest sets I've ever seen. LEGO Friends just keeps coming out with insanely awesome builds!
The mobility scooteris fun to see and love the new butterflies
The Botanical Garden is absolutely amazing, but the pessimist in me can't help but wonder how milky that piece is in reality (and how scratched it comes in the box).
Just gonna add my obligatory "I absotutely adore the botanical gardens" comment.
In all seriousness, it's possibly the most can-use-it-outside-of-Friends Friends set in a while. There's no super bright-type colors that wouldn't likely show up outside of the theme, it's just a cool white building with many, many plants.
It's the most amazing.
Some really clever part usage inside that Botanical Garden...I think I'll take two to complete the dome.
It's so great that TLG no longer wants to be the toy of the poorer families. It really makes your kids feel elite if no one else can afford their toys anymore.
The botanical garden is clearly the winner here. Also like the community and sports center. And now, look at the community kitchen. It certainly looks good, but does it really need so many pieces? If I was a parent, I'd think: for the proce you don't get much. Less detail can result in higher purchase numbers, when it also leads to lower prices!
I see a pretty shelf-warmer here =(
The Botanical Garden is impressive
That Botanical Garden is gorgeous and there's nary a 'girly' colour to be seen other than the colours of the flowers! Me want
The Community Centre is pretty cool too but the colours are too bright for me. If Lego would substitute the bright colours for more realistic colours then it would be an easy cop for me.
Friends comin' in HOT once again!
"Lovely", as people would say on the "Escape to the Country" programme :)
Somehow, this set makes me think of the Royal Greenhouses of Laeken [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Greenhouses_of_Laeken] and their beautiful architecture, which are occasionally open to visitors.
The recolored saxophones in the botanical gardens are brilliant
LEGO City: Hey gang, this wave we are going to finally catch up to FRIENDS quality!
LEGO Friends: It's cute how you try....
Some seriously good toy design here - I’m running out of superlatives for today’s reveals!
Oh well, I guess that's the far better looking Ideas Botanical Garden scuppered then!
I have to confess I don't know all the parts in the vast vault of Lego, but are the blue top and bottom pieces of the climbing wall in 41744 Sports Centre new? It looks good though.
The Botanical Gardens is excellent.
The Community Centre looks good but would like to see more of the inside when more images are released.

We got monkey's pawed by the new roads.
Garden, Community Center and Community Kitchen will look nice in City!
I am clearly not in the Friends demographic (50+ male with thinning hair...) but that botanical garden looks stunning - looks like it could be modded for a shopping mall or similar if upscaled...
41749 - Look, Kenny, I know you're about fifty pounds overweight, but when I say hurry, please interpret that as MOVE YOUR FAT TUB OF LARD ASS NOW!

That is some amazing repurposing there. If my kids learn of this set they will make me buy it. There's a similar building here, butterflies included, and they've been asking to go again daily...

That part is a ROOF ROCK TILE 4X4, first seen in 2009 or so. Blue is a new color.
I think for the first time ever I may get a Friends set - the botanical garden for my LEGO town - probably ditch the waterfall on one end and complete the back, but it would fit far better in with what I have than the ultra-modern and edgy City wave this summer (looks great, just not for me)

I bet you would be fun at parties if you ever got invited to one.

It's the rock pieces that were first introduced in Ninjago in 2011. They were originally used on the ice and earth dragon, but would mostly be used for rock formations. You're probably familiar with the piece, it's 64867.
Holy smokes, most of these are great. The sports and community centers are very nice. The bus is cleverly built. Let’s talk about the botanical garden. That set is so fantastic! I gotta buy it. I don’t own any Friends sets, but this is great. How come there’s nothing as special as that in the City theme?
I never thought that I would want a Friends set but the Botanical Garden caught my eye.

Those were my immediate favourites too :D
Some nice sets there, the Botanical Garden is outstanding.
Friends has really grown up in the past year and is rapidly becoming my favorite theme. I think Friends is showing how City should be done!
Wow. The last 24 hours have dropped some absolutely sensational sets, across the board. My "Want" List is bloating.
Botanical garden! Cool! Too bad all those windows are gonna come damaged out of the box!

Thank you for answering my question @Gataka !
I love the creative use of the orange mohawk in the bird of paradise! I agree with many of you, that botanical garden is wonderful.

Thank you too @PhantomBricks!
Waiting for someone to use multiple botanic gardens sets to create a Kew Gardens MOC!
Friends designers putting out some great work again, looks amazing
OMG, A BOTANICAL GARDENS!!!
Some great stuff here. The Botanical Garden, the Stable and the Kitchen are really well done.
If they could make a Botanical Modular Garden, that'd be great.
I noticed one of the flowers in the Botanical Garden is a corpse flower, so named for how it smells like rotting meat when in bloom. The sticker with it's picture in the set even has lines coming off it, denoting smell.
Also, the NPU on that set is genius-level!
LEGO Friends is absolutely phenomenal this year. These sets better stay on shelves for at least the next three years if anyone hopes to get all the ones they want.

It looks to me like we're going to need four of these to make a complete (and beautiful) structure. I only see a quarter dome included here. That will likely work out to more than $300, but it may very well be worth it!
Utterly speechless.
So is thar botanical garden a fully round dome or only half a dome? Hard to tell from the photos.

No, there's two. The division is very recognisable in the front-facing picture, this is one of my favourite (if, unfortunately, incredibly easily marred and scratched) pieces in recent history."
I'm happy to be corrected! And so is my wallet.
My girls are absolutely hyped for those sets! The riding school, the rescue center and the botanical garden are clear favourites! Also for me, tbh! And while most of them are still pretty expensive, I find the pricing to be more reasonable than with the new City sets.
That botanical garden - really amazing. A must have.
Gasp. I'll be spending a fortune on Lego this summer. The BOTANICAL GARDEN!!!!
Love the Botanical Garden set.
Will definitely pick up to compliment the Afol Designer Program's Science Tower.
The Botanical Garden is really nice! Doesn't even feel like a Friends set. It would fit nicely in any city layout!
There are sets other than the botanical garden!*
*But it looks better than the others in a non-Friends city layout ;)
Hate to sound repetitive but, yeah, botanical garden looks good! Might be my first Friends set…?
Since when did Daisy Kaboom show up in friends?
Botanical garden is great!
Oh man, if this were 2021 or 2022, when I wasn't feeling any of LEGO's themes, I'd be thinking seriously about a Friends purchase of all things--but on the same day as the Dreamzzz drop? That's just cruel, LEGO--and yet, the Botanical Gardens call to me!
@merman said:

Just 2 pieces. Yoy can see only 2 connected on back
(searches the page for the term 'botanical garden', finds that three quarters of the comments mention the set)
Yup, I guess everyone is having the same reaction to the Botanical Garden set as I am :D
Day one buy for me for real.
If the community center was in different colors it would be amazing. It's these kind of waves that made me wish that LEGO friends sets weren't actually lego friends. Love the botanical garden.
The Botanical Garden is immediately on my want list. Also really like the Community Centre and Kitchen.
The City summer sets are good.... These are better BY FAR
Those Friends sure do like horses...
Please post USD whenever possible.
I think LEGO design is getting better. …These sets are looking great. …Feels like they are touching the Botanical line just enough to get adult interest.

You can MOC a fleet of airplanes passing overhead.
On another site, there was a picture of the community kitchen and community center sets combined into one tall, rainbow-colored tower. It looked really impressive for an official set!
Anyone know what colour the top level of the Community Centre is?
@magmafrost said:
"Anyone know what colour the top level of the Community Centre is?"
Which part of the top level? If you are talking about the Masonry brick color, it appears to be light flesh.
The Botanical Garden could easily fit into the line of modular houses or will look perfect on city and train layouts. A moc'ing AFOL should get two of this great set to create a proper four sided dome and a cross layout instead of an L layout for the building.
A great set which will have many friends outside the Friends target group.

At least it would be, if what you got when you opened the box looked anything like the box art.
Once again LEGO has to be shamed for blatant and deliberate false advertising, since the new trans-milky material looks NOTHING like that! Plus, as others have mentioned, 99% of those pieces arrive severely scratched straight out of the box. I even called customer service about this, and the replacement parts they sent came just as scratched! So much for "only the best is good enough".
Ridiculous.
Okay, I know it's early but i declare the Botanical Garden as the set of the year. I hope to get two and make a full enclosed building. What a design, whew!

Yeah the masonry bricks. Im not convinced they're light flesh, looks too saturated to me compared to the minidolls in the same picture.
The Botanical Garden looks brilliant. I also like the mini-sub that comes with the Rescue Boat.
That float-plane is a disaster waiting to happen though - the undercarriage and the floats are far too bulky. It's just asking to pitch you forward into the water and crash as soon as you get any speed up!
The Boanical Garden is suprising. Would even fit into a normal lego city color scheme wise

It's possible that the Vibrant Coral (?) bricks around them are throwing off the color temperature of the masonry bricks a bit. I think that @PhantomBricks is correct.
Looks like there's 20 2x3 window frames in Sand Green in the Botanical Gardens. Only the fourth set to have them in that colour (not counting any other upcoming sets anyway) and the first to have them in a high enough quantity to help with Bricklinking the 'Brick Bank' modular.
@Ridgeheart said:
"Flesh bricks. Just when you thought it was safe to go back into Heartlake City."
At this point, using flesh bricks is a staple of Lego. If anything, Friends was behind the other themes in that regard since Lego has produced a lot of yellow buildings in City... Perhaps that's why we see so few cemeteries...
That botanical garden would be an instant-buy for me if it came with minifigs instead of minidolls. :(
Super awesome design aside from that.

I don't go to parties anymore. Last time I did, I got drunk, f*cked an ugly wench and 9 months later you were born.
Never again.
@G2covers
Looks like there are 26 in 41757, and Brick Bank has 34, so more than half way!
Since everyone's talking about the Botanical Garden, I'm going to say some good words about Autumn's Horse Stable. I like the fact that it is an extension of Autumn's House from the previous wave, carrying some of the same colors and designs (window shutters, for example) over to another building on the property. I also appreciote the fact that the color palette is muted and doesn't prominently feature pink, coral, purple, or yellow. I also really like the way the stable is angled, breaking up an otherwise flat facade. This feels like a very mature set, and I will definitely be picking it up when I can find it at a discount.
