By in Ireland,

An x-wing mech for me? Thank you!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I like the Mando scene/diorama sets but pricing will be important.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

An X-wing MECH? um...
how does that work?
I am severely confused as to what an X-wing mech is...
Unless it is just a mech in the colours of an X-wing...

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

The x wing mech is exactly what I come to Lego for.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Exo-Force never got cancelled it just infiltrated other themes.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

oh wow. a captain rexs Y wing for cheap. with a rex for cheap. same as the ucs venetor. this is an amazing deal. i am glad a couple lines in a $650 book werent a binding agreement and we can all enjoy an amazing figurer with no section of the fan base causing issues about it.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Fingers still crossed for Leia in Bespin Gown Mech.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Yey!
Cheap Phase 2 Rex!

Gravatar
By in France,

I surprisingly like all of these. Sure, the 2 smaller sets are silly, but also funny to me. Might get all sets for the right price

Gravatar
By in Hungary,

I know it's more Disney / Lucasfilm's fault than Lego's, but it's a shame that sets are made so late after the series premiere. It's hard to be so excited for Mando season 3 after a year. There will be no sets from this year's series, only the Skeleton Crew boat, if it exists at all. The sets look good anyway, even the Luke mech.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

X-wing mech makes no sense whatsoever. I love it.

And hopefully some reasonably priced battle packs and a new microfighter.
Not too bombastic, but very welcome line up.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Hey! Johnny thunder is in the new city jungle sets!

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

The X-Wing mech looks cool. It would be even cooler if it could transform into an actual X-Wing.
It reminds me of the Valkyries from Macross.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Hmm.... There's cheapness, here. Yes... but, ambition, too. You could be great you know? It's all here. In your head!!

But, you need to spend a bit more on molds, capes, and accoutrement.

SW Lego comes so close to greatness. It's infuriating that they insist on skimping on the details.

These are all exciting to a greater and lesser degree. I'm glad to have new characters. I'm sad that they also revist old mistakes (perceived limitations by old farts).

Nevertheless, as we all know by now, I'll be getting multiples. There! So it's really all MY fault.

I think I'm coming down with Lego-SW-induced schizophrenia. Help me @Rabrickzel !! I have too much ego.

P.S. That mech is a total Gundam rip-off!

Gravatar
By in Germany,

Maybe that battle-pack.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Looks like a good range of pocket money sets.... watch the Disney Tax make them all extortionate.

Can see 75386 being popular for having both Paz and Gideon, and the guards.

Gravatar
By in United States,

"Imperial Commandos", eh?

Reminds me that we never got the Imperial Supercommandos from Rebels...along with a number of other Mandalorian and other figures from that series that would have been "a fine addition to [any] collection."

Gravatar
By in United States,

But, but, but.... I just bought all the other stuff.

Help me @Rabrickzel ! I'll never have enough stuff.

I do have to admit that the Moff helmet looks surprisingly nice. I thought they'd just reused the last horned helmet. But, that looks like a new mold.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

No prices yet? How can I properly complain without prices?

While I consider myself not to be much of a minifig person, I'll probably get three of these sets just for the figs... And for a deep discount of course.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

That's a suprisingly underwhelming selection, particularly given how other themes are looking so strong this summer.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I assume the thinking here is, if the kids' parents can afford the subscription channels to know what any of this stuff is, they've got money to blow on churned-out LEGO sets. And anyone else can, well, whatever.

But the X-Wing mech is a bit of a laugh. Shame it doesn't even remotely try to tuck its legs up and fly like a Gundam though.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Ecstatic that there's finally a cheap Rex, though I do prefer the Phase 1 helmets. Maybe I can find a loose old P1 Rex helmet for relatively cheap and swap it out; we'll see.

The X-Wing mech looks great and anyone that would look at that and genuinely get mad hates fun.

The Mando S3 sets are too late for me to get excited; the minifigs are nice and all but it's skippable for me.

Hoping the fall Thrawn minifigure looks good; I'm more excited at the prospect of late Ahsoka sets.

Probably because the big sets will come out just before Christmas.

Gravatar
By in Canada,

I kind of like those, mostly for the figs. But I’m underwhelmed. I have to say I’m happy we’re getting Rex in a cheap set and I like that it depicts, albeit in a silly way, one of my favourite SW scene in what is one of my favourite arc of what is probably the best SW content made to date. But as others have said above, it’s hard to get excited for sets about Season 3 of the Mando, which was in itself not that great.

That does beg the question: Where is the rumoured dark millenium falcon?

Gravatar
By in United States,

I love EVERY SINGLE set here! I am so excited! All of them are immediate buys for me, it seems to be a pretty cheap (as cheap as star wars legos can be lol) wave too, so this is nice!

Oh boy, I can't wait for all the videos on youtube telling me why this these sets are the worst thing ever.

Gravatar
By in Singapore,

Captain Rex !!! A joyous day against the scalpers and hoarders!

Gravatar
By in France,

I like everything!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Mechs-wing.

Gravatar
By in United States,

75390 is fun! I was expecting the mech to look more like the orange pilot fatigues, but we get an X-Wing design instead. So much better IMO, and we'll worth the $16

75391 looks nice. I don't care what MandRProductions or all the whiny overpriveleged AFOLs say: I'm just glad to not have to shell out $160 for a Captain Rex minifigure! Definitely going to buy that one!

75386 looks pretty neat. Nice to finally have Moff Gideon and Paz Visla return because I am certainly not paying the insane aftermarket prices for the original figs.

75373 is probably the first $20 battle pack that actually looks worth the $20! My brother's gonna love adding this to his Mandalorian army and battle MOC!

And I really, really hope the rumors of these sets releasing in North America two months after they release in the rest of the world is false. I don't see why LEGO would do that, and it's just asking for our European neighbors to monopolize the aftermarket.

Gravatar
By in United States,

75386 seems to be missing ONE piece... a dark saber. *sighs*

Gravatar
By in United States,

I see affordable Y-Wing, I add it to my wanted list. That X-Wing mech is a bit tempting too, although I'll wait for the review before decide on that one

I think you mean, "Help me, @Rabrickzel , You're my only hope."

Gravatar
By in Germany,

Still waiting for the first Friends Mech.

Gravatar
By in Japan,

I got the Venator as soon as I could and I’m really glad to see Rex coming in a cheaper set. Might pick one up so I can have one to play with, rather than consigning him as a character to my Venator’s display base!

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Will definitely be getting the Microfighter for Rex. Others look very nice, but there's a bit too much on my wishlist to fit them in the budget.

That X-Wing mech is probably the most creative mech LEGO has done in a while though.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I'm shocked! These are actually all really really nice!

Gravatar
By in Puerto Rico,

Phew, I am glad that Rex Y-Wing is small so I can avoid it and that means that the only interest of me are those two Mando sets.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

i'm not a mech type of person, but the other three i like!

Gravatar
By in United States,

characters-in-helmets has never been one of my favorite aspects of Star Wars (I'm more of an alien/droid guy), so I don't think I'll be picking up any of these.

Still, I'm happy for people who are hyped about them!

Gravatar
By in United States,

I'm mad they didn't release these 5/1. I ended up getting a couple things I didn't really want to get the gwp and I am probably going to get 3 of those Mando battle packs, the paz viszla set and even the xwing mech is a strong maybe.

Gravatar
By in Canada,

I'm sure it has more to do with pricepoints than anything else, but it's pretty wild to me to see a Marvel wave with better builds than the concurrent SW wave.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

waiting for all the people who bought the Venator just for rex to start crying

Gravatar
By in Brazil,

Cheap Rex, thank heavens! Great move by Lego and I hope they continue this trend of making characters that got expensive due to "investors" accessible again. Would be amazing a Fury-class Interceptor microfighter with a new Malgus figure.

Gravatar
By in Canada,

dang those battle packs are beautiful. As always there will probably be another five dollar raise on them and the price will take some of that beauty away. :(

Gravatar
By in Canada,

Man im gonna need to make a lot of money this summer...

If the first one isn't piloted by Olivia, we riot.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Rex under $10 is a gift straight from the heavens. Plus the micro fighter looks pretty nice too so it will make a nice addition to my collection. I never saw Mando season 3 (although these sets make me want to) but the Mando battle pack looks sick. I like the return of basic blue mandolorians. Depending on how much I like season 3 the Paz Visla and Moff Gideon set will be a wait and see.

I suspect all 3 of them are doing just fine.

Gravatar

99 pieces for the Microfighter. Gonna believe that's intentional.

By in New Zealand,

I'll be getting the micro-fighter for that awesome Captain Rex minifigure!

Gravatar
By in Poland,

With all these mech sets popping up... at this point they should just do a proper Exo-Force reboot.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Brickset missed a golden opportunity to unveil a series of Friends or Disney mechs on April 1st.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Are those new jetpack pieces on the Mandos? They look a bit different somehow.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Glad I didn't pay $100 for that Rex people were trying to sell on Whatnot...

Yes, really. The Y-Wing has been my favorite snubfighter since before Rex even existed.

I will say for me this is not a 100% minifig only buy. It is a great looking micro fighter

You think so? I honestly appreciate the additions, even if the episodes came out a ways back. I’d love to see new Rebels sets.

@Maxximus that would have required adding another figure, as none of these guys had the Darksaber at the time. Of course, the scene is also technically short one Praetorian.

Can agree with you there. I'm getting it for both.

Gravatar

Star Wars has been lacking smaller and affordable sets for a while now, so especially those first two hallways look sweet!

Gideon didn't weld the darksaber in Season 3 though, so while disappointing it is accurate.

Gravatar
By in United States,

These all look really good to me. I'm sure they will be overpriced, but I actually want to buy multiples of 75373 and definitely want to get 75386 , the minifigs look great. Won't be shelling out $649USD for a UCS Venator, so it will be nice to the Captain Rex minifig with the microfighter.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

These look great.

I haven't gotten around to getting the Venator yet, but the figs on UCS sets were only ever a nice thing to have, so very happy to see Rex in this set and will still be getting that beautiful Venator some time in the future.

Gravatar
By in United States,

75373 seems like a respectable battle pack for those interested in those particular figures.

75386 is a set I KNEW was gonna happen ever since I saw that scene in the show. Glad we actually are getting it as I'd hoped! :D
