Two new Creator 3-in-1 sets have been revealed, both of which uphold the superb quality standard that we have come to expect from the theme in recent years.

The main model of 31153 is a modern waterfront house, while 31151 builds three distinct, and equally appealing, prehistoric animals.

Creator has never been better.

By in Latvia,

I don't think either one of these is for me. The house looks completely boring, and the t-rex is just an upscaled 31058.

Gravatar
By in Germany,

Almost 100 catalog numbers and seven years later, we finally have a replacement for 31058 . Piece count inflation!
But I'll definitely get the house. Even buying more of those would make a perfect reseidential neighbourhood!

These look fantastic. Creator 3-in-1 always impresses.

Or, a downscaled 75936.

That alternate looks like it's the Leaning Tower.

This is a superb update to 4507 - which I still have on my windowsill after 20 years!

By in Norway,

Poor T-rex broke his wrists :(

Gravatar
By in United States,

31151 is an update to one of the longest running sets: 31058. Looks great, like just about all the recent 3-in-1 sets.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

I actually love the continuity between 31151 and 31058.

It's like a parent Rex taking their baby out for a walk.

Gravatar
By in Germany,

Finally a buildable T-Rex without chicken-feet or sneakers.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

That "Modern House" is quite nice, although the alternate builds feel a bit samey, rather low effort.

The dino set though....at first glance it indeed made me think 31058 again? But only then I realized the difference in size. But weird to basically see an upscaled version of that set, not just for the main model but also the alternate builds. Complete lack of inspiration or a brilliant move?

"Prehistoric animals"
Hat tip, Huw.

By in United Kingdom,

Come on LEGO, do a transforming Grimlock, you know you want to!

Gravatar
By in Turkey,

T-Rex I can do without, I got 31058 for my son and we still have it intact. The house on the other hand, looks nice and modern. I especially loved the single story alternate model with stone wall pattern. I think I'll build one, I have cpouple of large windows and a few round tiles. Heck, I'll throw in a pool, too, just for the fun of it...

By in United Kingdom,

We all love a Dinosaur, although I have to say The T-rex is great but the other two are definitely after thoughts. You would think the smaller models would have the use of more parts (as in they dont use 100% so choices of some parts for a smaller model) but they dont look great. Will be making a T-rex though and the next question. When it is out in Brown?

Hey, don't fix what isn't broken! I'd absolutely love if they re-released old sets so this is a win in my book.

By in United Kingdom,

These both look truly excellent! 3-in-1 sets are fast becoming one of my favourite themes.

Welcome to period most commonly referred to as "modernism" and the architecture movement "international style".

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Those houses are amazing. I love that style of architecture in real houses so can’t wait. Prices are probably ridiculous though. T-Rex looks good. Not so keen on the other 2.

Gravatar
By in Denmark,

These look cool, except the dinosaur is basically just a scaled down and less cool 4958

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

The T.Rex looks good, but a bit unfinished. Great from the top, but the wide, flat underbody looks just weird... probably better pictured from a higher angle!

The house isn't as good as 42639 but will no doubt sell much better among Brickset members due to its thankful lack of mini-dolls!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

31153 is good, still tempted by 43639, but I really want backs on them.

Gravatar
By in Germany,

Once again Creator 3 in 1 can be counted on.
One of my favorite lines for years now.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I quite like the Modern House, but the windows are guaranteed to come horrendously scratched right out of the box.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Mightier Mighty Dinosaurs?

Gravatar
By in Sweden,

It's pretty amazing how 31058 is still for sale, and so fun of LEGO to remake it into a bigger set.

Is there any function in the Brickset database to see which sets were for sale the longest? Way back in the day they'd be available for years and years, but these days anything being available for over 5 years has to be very rare. Maybe Brickset staff could put together a top 10 of the longest lasting sets of the "modern" era?

Gravatar
By in Canada,

Both very nice. I'm glad for 31151 - 31058 has been around forever and cheap but it was a bit too 'crud' for my taste (compared to all the nice animal creator set lately).

The house is fine too. The yellow seat on the second floor is an inspired build. It took me a while to figure out how they did it. My only complain about the set: the palm trees are ridiculously anaemic.

Still, City and Technic will have the lion share of my money this year.

Architects will love the Mid-Century House!

By in Belgium,

Creator used to be my favorite theme but it looks pretty boring to me lately. Probably more to do with me than the theme though.

The more muted colors make it more useful in my book; not a huge fan of the designs, but the parts look super-useful for city MOCs.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Not that TLG is going to listen to me, and I know the argument that open areas are easier for play, which is great in City and Friends, but...

Please stop selling me half a Creator house!!

It's the love child of 31058 & 31121!

Yes. It's sad that LEGO designers didn't care to check anatomy. Other new large Creator animal sets are much better (31129, 31150, 31154) as is T. rex skull 76964.

Gravatar
By in France,

though the alternate builds are sometimes like : same thing than the main build except smaller and not as good

Gravatar

The 2024 Creator 3-in-1 sets are the best I've ever seen.

LOVE the architecture of the "modern waterfront house"

It won't take much to give it a back and modular-ize it.
At worst case, it'll mean buying two of them and slamming them together

Can't wait.

Gravatar
By in Poland,

That mansion looks sweeeet. And as much as I'm not into buildable animals from Lego I must admit that Dino looks fantastic. But that mansion tho, I'm gonna get it for sure.

Already built the other half for it based off pictures. https://www.flickr.com/photos/55973205 @N08/53693483447/in/dateposted/

Gravatar
By in Portugal,

dang it I wanted more 3in1 modular buildings. Not another standalone house :(

Gravatar
By in United States,

Funny, while everyone is comparing the new T-Rex from 31151 to the previous 3-in-1, I actually think it's closest in scale to the one from 76956 and actually want to see them side-by-side.

T-rex tries!

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Wow that modern house is just incredible. Along with the new wave of city sets Im blown away. Where am I going to get the money to pay for all of this? Maybe sell a limb

Gravatar
By in United States,

That house looks NICE :D

I really want to like the T-Rex, but it just feels... disproportionate, for some reason. Both the alternate models, however, are superb.

Gravatar
By in United States,

the 31153 Modern house and 60438 Sailboat look like a good pair, and give me nice 90's vibes.
