Harry Potter Advent Calendar - Day 22

Posted by ,

Appropriately, it seems the final few days of this Harry Potter Advent Calendar focus on seasonal decorations for the Great Hall, between a superb Christmas tree and a garland.

I anticipate another decoration today...

It appears we are not yet finished with dining tables, as today the staff table joins those based on Hogwarts houses from earlier in the calendar. This table is bigger, although it lacks the variety of accessories on top, which are clearly being kept for another day. Without them, the table looks a bit bland at the moment.

Overall - This is a decent model, but I wish a full complement of food accessories was included today.

Combining this with 75964 is working out really well. Now I've got multiple 10 stud long tables flanked by house flags on one end and house statues on the other.

The lavender color is a bit odd. Maybe it matches a Dumbledore outfit?

Probably the result of some spell.

Slughorn disguised as a tablecloth.

I’m expecting tomorrow to be a slightly disappointing set of foodstuffs then

Or perhaps something quite different and more decorative?

It has to not match any of the four Houses. In that regard, it works.

Holly, so mildly toxic. You’ll have a Christmas you won’t soon forget, no matter how much you wish you could.
