Lex Luthor isn't the one with the mech this time. How odd.

Superman is going to smear him into the pavement with this mech!
Come on Lego. ANOTHER BATMOBILE!!
The tumbler and mech sets are good though. Don't see the Tumbler too much, not as much as the Batmobile at least. And we haven't yet had a superman mech. Good figures all round, especially Lex Luthor. Though why does Superman have his cloth cape back? Must be to do with the mech.
Nice to have The Dark Knight villains in an affordable set!
Shame we mostly get rehashed sets for DC instead of new things. They have 80 years of comics history, yet ignore almost all of it...
Think I prefer 76239
Also people say Star Wars stuff gets repeated too frequently, 2021-2025 for a remake of the Tumbler seems way too quick, especially for how few sets DC get, and the amount of DC stuff we have never gotten (literally anything other than Batman)

Well, in the movie(s) it's in, the Tumbler IS the Batmobile.
I like the Tumbler, it looks great, but I'm sure the price point won't make any sense.

We just got a Tumbler 3 years ago, not to mention the UCS version too.

Which is why I said we don't get it 'too much'
What is the price for the Tumbler? Anyone?
I missed the last Tumbler, I won't miss this one. Quite a shame they coudn't turn the front wheels into the Batpod. And the previous cowl fits better this Batman since they're very explicit in the movie about his second suit being able to turn his neck.
New Tumbler has better figures, but it looks weirdly squashed? Straight? 76239 looks the far better build. The new one would make a nice source of black pieces though (even though it's just too much Batman).
Finally we can make an Endgame Hawkeye!
I really like the Tumbler, and it’s the one version of the Batmobile I’ve never picked up. Such a great minifigure selection too. Definitely tempted to get this one!

Thought they were broke, that's why same old, same old.
A Superman mech is a ridiculous idea.
I kind of like all of these… even the 4+ set
Have I gone insane? It looks funky in an interesting way

They’ve never released a TDK Two-Face in any set. Joker, ironically, I’m not super excited about because at least two different TDK versions were released in the big Tumblers, plus I made a few custom versions of my own. We still don’t have Catwoman or Talia from TDKR, and only one version of Bane (I bought several copies of that set, so I’ve turned three of the original minifigs into other versions from the same film).
I believe Superman using a mech would actually make him “weaker”. But, then again I guess that makes it a fairer fight for Lex.
For all the characters who need a mech... they choose Superman? Whatever, I'll probably buy a few dozen of them just to show LEGO that we want DC sets other than Batman.
Won't get The Tumbler even though I'm a massive Nolan fan. It's great to see Joker and Two-Face for sure, but the build looks so dumbed down compared to the 2021 version which I own. Two-Face also looks pretty tame compared to his appearance in the film, but I'm sure that's within good reason.

But it is.
I don't pay that much attention to DC, but I can't remember the last time I saw a new set that didn't come with Batman. It's just a mech I guess but still kinda interesting they're willing to do that.

Superman punching Lex with a mech is probably less forceful that hitting him with bare fists all things considered.
I saw the article title and thought, "Don't you mean "2025 Batman sets?" But hey, Lego actually remembered that DC has other characters! And to everyone saying that Superman using a mech is silly: Note that Luthor has Kryptonite. Looking forward to the review of 76303 to see how it differs from 76239 aside from the obvious ways.

The mech helps him ratchet down and keep from pulverizing folks. It's basically a Kryptonian Worm Gear Mech.
Superman using a mech is laughable. The Lex Luthor minifig is great, tho. As for another Tumbler, it’s already been done. As previously stated, how about something new? I am happy for those who will purchase this one next year. I’m good having 2021’s Tumbler set 76239. As @RaiderOfTheLostBrick stated, this is an inferior build to the 2021 Tumbler. This one looks more simple. As for the minifigs in the new Tumbler set, they are not “better”. However, it is nice to finally have a Two-Face from the Nolan trilogy.
TDK Two-Face is great to see, though I'm surprised they didn't leverage the classic LEGO skull design in the structure of his burned half. The most striking thing about his design is how his skull comes through the ravaged half of his face. I might have also made his left eye white for a creepier look, but I understand that his left eye wasn't blinded in the film.
TBH the Superman mech makes sense to me. Like obviously Superman is normally too strong to need a mech, unless he's depowered by something like Kryptonite. And what do you know, Lex in this set has Kryptonite right there—Superman may even have already been exposed to it! So to me the mech makes perfect sense as a backup plan for this exact sort of scenario—certainly no more contrived than any of the other various "character mech" sets out there.
The Tumbler looks terrible, IMO. Far too narrow and boxy. The windshield is so far imbedded in the build that you can barely see it. And the section between the front wheels is too long.
Glad I own 76239.

Would probably be too gory in a realistic design. The LEGO Batman Movie Two-Face was made to look unrealistic so it was okay in that context.
Finally Superman's back!

What? What are you talking about? Everyone knows Nolan's trilogy was designed to be a realistic take on the...okay, yeah, from the moment I saw him, all I wanted to know about that version of Two-Face is how he didn't die before they even got him to the hospital. Seriously, your skin is a huge part of your immune system, and every germ out there had a direct path to Dent's brain at that point. Plus the shock alone should have done the job. I mean, anyone who ended up like that would have been begging the first person they encountered to put an end to the agony, for what few minutes they had left.
Second question would be how we can understand anything he says, and after that is how he managed to not drool all over everything.
Joker? Yes please!
SUPER...MAN...MECH...:D A little disappointed that it's not an uprated "Supermobile", but it's a start...now ON TO WONDER WOMAN, THEN SHA...NO!!!, THE REAL CAPTAIN MARVEL, AND GREEN LANTERN (*Cough*Raynor*Cough*)...and KEEP GOING...:D

(as Dr Evil): Riiiiiight.
That Superman logo on a triangular tile will come in handy for superman lovers. I think that is the best piece of this wave
But why is Superman fighting professor X?
Well bye bye BATMANTAS what a weak effort that was.

Agreed! Shame the Joker minifig has no leg printing like the 2014 version though.
The prints on Lex look really good!
Superman needs a mech because he's missing his red pants.
Superman isn't super without his red pants.
The sets aimed at younger audiences not having the rubber capes is pretty telling, they clearly weren't introduced to make building easier on kids with less developed motor skills and coordination... they're just there for static display purposes.
I've always hated static capes on action figures, even as a kid, and these are such a distinct downgrade for playability ease-of-use with Minifigures. They make figures incompatible with sitting or extreme poses at the cost of looking okay while standing idly. The whole point of a cape is that it can flow and move! They even have to invest in a new mold every time they want a different shape instead of just creating a new cut, and we haven't seen prints on any of them yet.

A comic book movie ignoring real-world science? Perish the thought! /sarcasm.

Screw Raynor, I want Kilowog, poozer!
@Brickodillo said:"But why is Superman fighting professor X?"
No, this is Charles Xavier's twin, Professor Lex.
Finally, a non-Batman DC set!
Why does Two-Face have two black eyebrows? One should be the same as his hair color, and the other one should be gone.
The hair piece makes Two Face look like he got a douchebag 2010s prank youtuber Undercut.
A Dark Knight set...

Or just that fabric capes are a lot cheaper to produce...
For anyone seriously questioning the Superman mech, Superman losing his powers or being significantly weakened is a pretty common story line. The Parasite might have made for a better villain in such a case.
I love that they switched the mech set around! :D And an affordable Tumbler with Heath Ledger's Joker, AND Aaron Eckhart's Two-Face?? Wow! I haven't purchased a DC Lego set in a long while, but shut up and take my money!
@Nuclearxpotato:
The 4+ set and the mech have one-hole capes, which are very easy to attach compared to two-hole capes.
@TheOtherMike:
Ch’p! No, B’dg! No, Mogo!
@Graupensuppe:
Magic Marker. And vanity.
@kdu2814:
LEGO Superman has the same problem with villains that LEGO DC has with Batman. There’s been one Darkseid (in a Justice League set), one Doomsday (in the Mighty Micros line), two Bizarros (SDCC and Mighty Micros), and one Brainiac (and Superman had to share space with Supergirl). Every other Superman villain thus far has been Lex.
@TheOtherMike:
(BTW you forgot the "@")
Hey, I want a Kilowog too...I'm just (a) realistic (a bigfig in a MECH?!?!) and (b) realizing that Kyle is one most likely to make a mech...I mean; if not Kyle, Gardner would have to move up 'the chart' as: TLG used him in a movie, and yet he has no figure...
Also...and again: this IS ridiculous: Look 'here'...then look 'across the street'...TLG should have cut ONE of their sets and added another to this side...:|
I'm a bit confused why there is a fabric cape in the 4+ set instead of the Tumbler. I thought the point of the rubber capes is that they're easier for children to build/play with?
@brick_r said:" (a bigfig in a MECH?!?!)"
80025. Sure, it's not the same build as the usual "character mech" sets, but it *has* been done.
This is the Tumbler set we should've had 17 years ago. It's not the set we deserved, but it was the one we needed.

I was thinking to write this
$60 for the Tumbler...lol...I don't know man. I want Two-face, but the less detailed Joker isn't doing much for me and I likely already have the better version of Bale. But I guess I'll wait and see for a sale.
