2025 Harry Potter official images!
Posted by CapnRex101,
The first images of 76453 Malfoy Manor were published a few days ago and several more Harry Potter sets have now been revealed on mediaexpert.pl.
76444 Diagon Alley Wizarding Shops is perhaps the most exciting, recreating the memorable street in microscale and including a selection of nanofigures to populate the scene! There are plenty of new minifigures in these sets too, with a unique version of Gilderoy Lockhart standing out in particular.

76443 is… certainly unique…
Pretty good selection IMO, as a non HP fan, I like how the DA set can be used like a book nook! I hope we see Ninjago next now, they're really taking their time!
76443 looks like something out of a horror story!
Saw a leak of Hagrid's Motorcycle a little while back.
Thought it was a knock-off brand.
Drragon Alley!
Still missing next parts of the castle...
76453 Looks like an Erling brick battle pack! By my reckoning, it's got the fourth or fifth largest quantity of them in a single set (third or fourth if you don't count the Taj Mahal rerelease). In fact the whole set just looks like a massive parts pack.
76444 is probably going to live on as one of the best Harry Potter display sets ever.
Very great minifigs and great builds too! And I notice rubber capes are now in Harry Potter
76444 looks awesome and will pair nicely with the microscale Hogwarts. 76453 looks pretty decent too; the facade looks great. I'll wait for reviews, but might be picking those two up!
OTOH, 76443 looks absolutely appalling..
Malfoy Manor facade more like.
That motorbike set Harry Potter face is hilarious.
76443 would seem to be LEGO's response to Daniel Radcliffe asking for a bigger cut of the royalties.
It's been so long since we got a new Kenneth Branagh minifig. Year after year of seemingly every single other HP character getting multiple variants while for him it's been quite a while. I am excited for this. Affordable too!
Can't say I'm a fan of 76443, but I'm very interested in what other things we might see in this scale. I wonder if this is a one-off or if we'll be seeing other models like this?
It seems 76441 will have a 'riddikulus' price, according to Lockhart's successor…
76443 is just 'riddikulus'. I like the other ones, though, and I'm happy that 76444's footprint won't be too big.
Okay, that Hagrid and Harry set is just terrifying. "Harry" looks like something that Doctor Who would be trying to defeat.
Does Hedwig explode into a pile of charred white bricks for extra realism?
Too soon?
Diagon Alley is beautiful. It will make a great gift to a HP fan.
That Diagon Alley is incredible. Wow. I don’t collect HP Lego but that and the Castle and Grounds tempt me

How did I never realise Lockhart was Kenneth Branagh?
Much as I liked the last Diagon Alley, I never had the space. 76444 looks like a perfect alternative!
I only own seven Harry Potter sets, as well as seventeen of the first CMF series, and I wasn't really planning to get any more. I will admit, however, that 76444 interests me, because, hey, microscale! One of the sets I own is 40289, after all. I mean, I probably still won't get this, because with nearly three thousand pieces, it won't be cheap or small, but I like some of the details. I especially like the dragon.
The HP theme definitely experiments with different scales.
That Harry & Hagrid Brickbuilt Fig set looks incredibly creepy. Makes PS1 Hagrid‘s Face look pleasant in comparison.
76443 (Hagrid & Harry's Motorcycle Ride) gives me Alan Moore vibes.

Probably. I couldn't remember what the charm/jinx was called.
Very disappointing Lego didn’t include any Ravenclaw/Hufflepuff torsos in the sets based at Hogwarts. I get they aren’t the focus of the story but frustrating not to be able to build up more representation of these houses to reflect a more realistic school.
So rubber capes are LEGO's present and future, then? Hmm...
>Lego makes a new spell pieces pack
>Don't use it for SPELL DUEL CLUB
In set 76442, why are the Marauders' names scribbled on the wall of the charms class?

The exact question I came here to ask!
And right under Wormtail is 'Fidelius'.
Is that a new piece? How are the tips of the wands connected to the spell effects in the duelling set?

"New" wand mold premiered in 2024
I will definitely be purchasing 76444 because it is so awesome. Personally I do not see anything wrong with 76443 and will probably pick it up on a slight discount.
Wallet is happy.
I think Hedwig is one of the first characters included in their own death scene. The only other examples I can think of along with Hedwig would be the 2011 Forbidden Forest set with Harry, but he didn't perma-die, so it doesn't count, but the Battle of Hogwarts from 2023 with Voldemort / Nagini / Bellatrix does.
My bank-account is very grateful with the recent offering of HP sets. They were either wildly out of my price range, or just plainly bland. I really wanted the owlery and boathouse to complete my Hogwarts set-up, but just couldn't convince myself to buy them.

Quirrel in 4702 The Final Challenge?

That's a reference to the Fidelius Charm, which is used to hide a secret inside a living soul. In this case, it was the location of the Potter house, entrusted to Peter Pettigrew.
Which turned out to be a bad idea.
Why make those fancy spell pieces if you aren't going to use them again? Dueling club is a sham without those!
Still so many parts of hogwarts that aren't explored... kitchens, filches office.. the secret staircase. Flesh out the castle instead of doing repeats.
The duelling club will probably be my only day 1 purchase for me. That Lockhart minifigure alone makes it worthy of an early purchase in my opinion. The rest of the sets are just okay. I wish we got more sections of Hogwarts instead of the Hagrid motorbike set.
It’s also frustrating that sloped dress pieces weren’t used for Narcissa and Bellatrix. I understand that it’s for playability purposes but their leg pieces don’t even have prints. :-(
EDIT: Upon closer look, only Bellatrix has a printed leg piece, and it’s not even unique.
That motorcycle is terrifying....

I completely forgot about that set, and I had it back then!
For a moment I thought there was a crossover between Friends and Harry Potter… just look at that toilet looking all regal and expensive complete with a toilet paper. ;-)
Also, I see what LEGO did there. Adding a kitchen section would make it look reasonable to have knives and other cutlery lying around. Right, Dobby? :-|
Harry's face in the motorcycle set is instantly legendary among the annals of Lego Nightmare Fuel.
76443, is so cool, based on the comments, I quess I will be the only buying it… ;-)

Right up there with the Chewbacca set 75371 !
Excited to see a microscale Diagon Alley--definitely something I need, though Gringotts needs to be MOCced a bit to make it less four-square looking!
I am also impressed with how the apparently flat and depthless Malfoy Manor actually unfolds into a fairly respectable interior!
Also like the charms class, and a good Dueling Club set could be fun, depending on the play features.
76443 for some reason made me think of novelty charity coin pots on shop counters in decades past. I was looking for a coin slot in Hagrid’s head.
Duelling Club would be a fantastic set if they included the spell effects that are still exclusive to one set, and IP-locked so they won't show up on OPAB. But hey, dark-tan snake, and you do still get a pair of the new-ish dueling wand.
@LadBloke:
The clear part is dual-molded onto the wand shaft.
@lordofdragonss:
Last year, in 76415.
@Murdoch17:
They just put Dobby in the scene where he gets his mortal wound. I was thinking 76413, but they didn't include Goyle in that set (guess he's already dead), and neither is Cedric present in 75965. Voldemort dies in 76415, though. And as already mentioned, there's Quirrell in 4702. So, it's rare, but not unheard of.
@bricks_and_boxes:
I think a few sets (maybe not HP, though) have included both legs and skirts, so you can switch between them depending on what you're doing.

The lack of printed legs is very disappointing. Lego is getting more and more cut-rate while increasing prices. They're going to lose people's interest. I feel mine waning.
Diagon Alley looks awesome, I need that one.
That being said... 200€ (the rumored price) seems waaaaay too expensive for it. Yes, it has 2750 pieces, but many of them are tiny ones. It's roughly the same amount than the micro Hogwarts, which retailed for 170€. So... huh?

What's the variety on Hogwarts? Because Diagon Alley looks like it has a ton of variety, which drives prices up.
I loved the microscale castle and just microscale stuff in general, so I am immediately attracted to that diagon alley

I'm wondering if it will have any features like the one 4733 had.
Giant Jerry Garcia on a motorcycle!
I had another look at 76443, and now I'm wondering how MOCers will use its printed pieces.
76441:
I love it. And, unlike others, I don’t mind the rubber capes. The starched ones are obviously preferable, but it’s better than the spongy capes.
76442:
Cute little classroom. I picked up the Ravenclaw classroom in 2021, so I won’t need this one, but cool anyway.
76443:
Harry will be haunting my nightmares tonight, and I’m not sure what the target audience for this one is.
76444:
I have the D2C Diagon Alley, so I don’t care for this mini one, but it looks nice.
76453:
Amazing. Day one purchase. Minifigures are especially great (besides Narcissa’s head, which looks terrible.)

So it does, I guess I wasn't paying much attention.
Dr. Eggman/Robotnik from 21331 would look right at home next to 76443 haha
Finally, Gilderoy Lockhart in my favorite outfit of his. As well as a new Snape with arm printing!? Instant purchase, this better not be $20.
The rest is pretty nice except for the singular abomination of plastic bricks.

It’s exactly that kind of missing detail (usually boots) vs the price that puts me off many licensed sets I would have otherwise bought.

Eh, as far as parts go, I'd rather have this snake in a new color. I agree, though, that based on the size of the one in the film, it should have used the Nagini mold.

In the movie, it's definitely a cobra. Can't remember what the book says.

It appears to be a king cobra, while the Snake Charmer CMF came with a regular cobra. The king cobra has a much less pronounced hood, so none of the snakes really matches the shape of its head. Nagini is about the right size compared to a minifig, though.
Hoping for a whole series of 76443 sets!

Nagini eats people. So, wrong.
Like the attempted try with the Prof Plum bit about relative size of cobras (not that it really matters), but also wrong.
Have you ever seen a king? They're very, very long, 10-13 ft. So, again, (and I know this bothers you- so, with much love) WRONG!
@StyleCounselor said:

You’re making my argument for me at this point. Maybe lay off the nog? The CMF cobra is no bigger than the one included in this set, so both of them get the size wrong. None of the three snakes have the correct head shape for a king cobra, but at least Nagini is longer than an adult is tall. That’s the best possible snake mold without designing an actual king cobra element.

That's my point. Not a king. The Nagini Lego representations are too small for the real Nagini (whom eats people), but, admittedly, would be slightly too big for this purpose.
As you provided, the snake in the movie is thrown in the air and is clearly not 10-13 ft long.
Moreover, and to the point, the hooded cobra is the only good snake to represent the dramatic tension of this scene- which is a rearing snake seemingly bent on biting a Hufflepuff at Harry's parselmouth instruction whilst actually hesitating in his attack because of Harry's parselmouth instruction.
Thus, I'm most certainly correct and you are very much occupying the position of what we like to refer to as WRONG!
I will not lay off the nog for the next 23 days or 50 years of celebration - whichever comes last.
Looks like the list is missing 76447. Which apparently can have parts of it swapped out for 76442, which mentions on the box that it can also be added into the narrow section of 76435. It's a bit strange that the two classroom sets so far in this Hogwarts wave are not the same size or orientation. 76447 has clips on it which may connect with 76435, but that functionality is not shown on the box art.

I'd completely forgotten that there even was a snake in that scene, but it's been a long time since I read the books, and I only saw the movie once.
That Diagon Alley set again makes me wonder why things like this always need to be a big, expensive set, instead of multiple smaller sets you can combine. Sure, some would sell better than others, but it still would make sets like this more interesting for a much bigger audience. Gotta catch 'em all!
By comparisson, I do have a ton of 700-900 piece microscale houses (slightly bigger and thus more detailed) from another brand, bought a few at a time for less than €10 each, but no way I would have bought them all at once for like €150-200.
@StyleCounselor:
Dude. Seriously. Do you think snakes pop out of the eggs (or their mothers, for viviparous births) full-grown? No. Look at the head of the snake. It clearly has a king cobra hood. Not a regular cobra hood. Not no hood at all. How long it is does not invalidate the fact that it’s a king cobra. Except the fact that it’s really just a magical spell effect, but that’s a different matter. When Harry walks up to it, it’s coiled on the platform and still manages to raise its head high enough to stare Harry in the face (4:25). The Nagini mold is the only existing snake mold that comes close to the size of that snake.

That 10230 still was just a single set? And a GWP at that....
If Lego can release 10 SC F1 cars all at the same time, I think they should be able to release something like this in multiple smaller sets all at once too.
@WizardOfOss:
Yup. We had a member in my LUG who basically built the same thing (bit more detailed, though). After he showed it off at a meeting, that set was announced (lots of comparisons were made). And shortly after that, he moved across the country. Over half of our current membership has never even met him, with how long ago this took place.

I think in LOtR, the Tower of Orthanc (?) set they provided both dress slope and leg pieces for Saruman. I wish they could do the same for other themes.
