Christmas Build-Up: Day 17

Day 17 is here, with the last week of the Christmas Build-Up starting with a magnificently detailed and tall micro-scale castle.
It perfectly fits with the bridge from a few days ago, matching in both colors and aesthetic - oh, if only they didn't use the same parts, so that they could be displayed side-by-side! Bricklinking time, folks.
Overall - 5.0 - No Christmas connection to be found, but this model is still an absolute joy and a parts gold mine. The buildings in this set continue to shine!

isn't this a nod to the Disney Castle?
I've been using my own parts to keep the old models built. But I only had 1 spare tan arch! I've been using light bley instead. I guess I could raid 10253 Big Ben, which has 3, but that seems a bit rude ;-)
Well, in terms of the designs, they're definitely saving the best for the last week, which is good to see. That is a lovely little castle.

What an excellent model. The building representations alone make this calendar the best one I think. Definitely going to get extra bricks to keep the architecture builds on display. Thanks for the reviews TheBrickPal!
This has always been my favorite model from the build up. It looks just too good! ;)
