Comicbook.com has revealed the second of this year's San Diego Comic-Con exclusives, 41496 Supergirl & Martian Manhunter. The set will only be available through a random draw at the Pavilion Terrace and is priced at $40.

It has also been confirmed that LEGO will be giving away a small number on Twitter.

We will continue to keep you updated should further convention exclusives be revealed in the next few days. Let us know what you think of this one in the comments.

These look amazing!! I would love to get these. Unfortunately, as their price will be highly exorbitant on the after-market, those dreams will be sadly dashed :( Oh well, still great to have gotten to seen them. Maybe if there's no exclusive parts...

THIS SUCKS! I HATE SDCC exclusives! They even seem to be based off the CW show!!! Ugh I want these so bad...

Awesome! They look to be based on the TV show, too, which I love! I'll never have them, though...

By in United States,

I honestly would have preferred comic-based versions of the characters.

By in United States,

Hate the CW show, but these look great.

I can't believe i'm saying this, but these actually look kinda, sorta, maybe, slightly not terrible! At the very least, a (marginal) improvement over the Marvel SDCC ones. (that Spider-Man is still giving me nightmares...)

By in Canada,

It's a good thing I care nothing for Bricheadz. Otherwise, I might be disappointed that I'll never get my hands on these.

Also, why is Brickheadz spelled with a 'z'?

By in United States,

Honestly, thee kind of dampen my excitement for the current contest. If these are a sign of the Brickheadz to come I think we can all agree that they're not going to be nearly as imaginative as even the entries we've got already.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think these look bad . . . They're just very basic. Looking at the entries for the contest there's only a handful that are nearly as rudimentary as the official Brickheadz sets are.

1st thought was 'o wow they did the nicolas cage version of superman'.

By in United States,

I really hate that they are turning some Brickheadz into SDCC exclusives. I mean, as small sets with a plethora of material to draw on, I understand why, but as someone who will never be able to attend SDCC and never be able to ever have a reasonable chance to complete my set because of this, it sucks. It was bad enough last year, and now they are doing it this year too. Makes me sad :(

By in United States,

^ Nothing new - they did this last year, too, for the announcement of the theme.

By in United States,

I wonder what the other 4 will be? Last year they did 8...the numbering (up to 16) suggests 8 again...and the set numbers align perfectly with 2 more pairs being announced!

By in Sweden,

The sdcc sets are so much worse than the normal 10 (?) bucks ones

By in United States,

I wish they looked more like the comic ones than the awful cringe CW ones.

By in Sweden,

I hate this. Don't get me wrong, the sets themselves look great, but so many SDCC exclusive brickheadz. I wanted (and have) collected all standard Brickheadz, but this way my collection will never be complete. I can't go to SDCC myself at all and I'll never spend hundres of dollars on these sets on ebay. It's a shame really. I sincerely hope Lego will release these years' (and the ones from last year) as normal sets as well. Brickheadz is a really collectible-oriented theme and this way you're just annoying a lot of people :(

Looks like they are revealing one set a day and 2 for marvel and 2 for DC my guess is the next DC is going to be flash and villain

By in Japan,

It would be pretty funny if someone produced T-shirts that said: "SDCC Exclusives: Proof that LEGO hates its fans." If lots of people starting wearing them at other conventions with pictures appearing on social media, LEGO might take notice.

Id like to see that cute Gizmo from the Gremlins movie.. :))

By in United Kingdom,

If these are based on the Supergirl TV show, perhaps we'll get the fabled Arrow and Flash Brickheadz?

Gravatar
By in United States,

Does anyone know when the new last Jedi sets will be released?

Gravatar
By in Serbia,

Supergirl looks like a terrible MOC that I've designed and called it Brikgheddz

By in Australia,

Come on! Lepin to the rescue!!

Gravatar
By in Australia,

I'd be pissed if I thought brick heads were actually worth collecting.

SDCC can get stuffed

By in United States,

This looks great but I would love it if Black Panther and Doctor Strange came to the General market as it has been the case of Batman.

By in United Kingdom,

It seems remarkable to me that Lego, whose customer services have been beyond reproach on the very rare times that I've needed them, seem to be so utterly blinkered and stubborn when it comes to the disappointment and debacle surrounding SDCC. Every. Single. Year!

By in United Kingdom,

The idea of these exclusives is a repeated kicking of fans and collectors.
Fortunately (a) I think these BrickHeadz are all awful; LEGO sinking to cloning the clone brands.
And (b) that has to be the most drab and uninspiring version of the Supergirl outfit there's ever been. What did the TV show hope to gain in copying the style of the most dismal Superman there's ever been?

By in United States,

@speedorz4ever - why do you think there will be two more two packs? Are you thinking that the SDCC ones are going to be numbered separately from the general release ones? If you count the four from The Lego Batman Movie, the four Marvel ones, the two Pirates and two Beauty & the Beast ones, that brings you up to 12 - with Supergirl and Martian Manhunter being 13 & 14 and then Spider-man and Venom being 15 & 16.

My hope is that they are going to limit things this year to two two-packs instead of four, especially for the sake of giving those of us who acquire them on the secondary market a bit of a break...

By in United States,

I understand people's frustration with the SDCC exclusives, but we have to understand the facts. People pay A LOT of money to attend these cons. And with being able to see writers or directors or artists, whatever, it's nice to have a small something that you can have to commemorate your trip. These con exclusives do this perfectly, it's a small set that can be won that only you will have. Also, I much prefer the idea of the BrickHeadz being the exclusives instead of minifigures. At least with the BrickHeadz you can construct them yourselves with the exception of the printed parts. With the minifigures, it's impossible to get them because basically every part of them is exclusive. Also, I would like to add that after playing Injustice 2 for weeks... I honestly thought that this Supergirl was based off her appearance from Injustice 2.

I honestly thought that on a fleeting first glance, it was Thor....

Wow, Martian Manhunter looks cool in this.
