The remaining sets in this year's collection of seasonal models have been revealed. Like those released earlier in the year, they consist of two cute brick-built animals on a plinth.

40570 Cat and Mouse will be released on August 1st in good time for Halloween and I suspect 40571, which features two polar bears, will follow in September.

By in France,

I approve.

Halloween obviously looks better. You can't beat the burning reds and oranges.

How is the Halloween one so cheap? $13 for 300 pieces?

I think it would really awesome if Lego started doing a Halloween village series similar to the holiday series. I feel like there is a huge appeal for all things fall and spooky.

I realy like the Halloween set, just as cute as Easter set 40523

Two nice little sets! As a whole I think the Halloween set looks better, but those two polar bears are adorable.

I would buy every one of those! Great idea!

The Halloween one looks very cute. The Christmas one is OK but I wouldn't have guessed it was supposed to be polar bears... more like white puppies!

I just want more Halloween vignettes. Maybe next year.

I wish they would go back to the seasonal vignettes. I keep buying these animal ones & after I finish building them I ask myself why I bothered. They just don't give me the same joy as the vignettes did.

I love the way they did the face on the jack-o-lantern.

If this was 1982, those would be great looking polar bears, but these things look sadder than the ones in a WWF commercial.

That's a great Cat, much nicer compared to Brickheadz imo.

I assumed it was because the build is so small, that being said I can still see the complexity in it and the PPP is a breath of fresh air compared to most of the sets that come out these days. Ever since I was 5 I’ve had a black cat, he’s as important as ever and even ignoring the interesting colors and Wolverine claws this is a must-buy for that alone.

LEGO has really improved their seasonal sets and animal builds recently. Hopefully they experiment with an advanced animal model under the Icons line.
