40563 Tribute to LEGO House has been added to LEGO.com, miniaturising five of the sets available exclusively at the LEGO House in Billund.

Searching for the set number on LEGO.com leads to a page about the approaching VIP weekend, suggesting this promotional set will be available over the weekend.

By in United States,

Well that's certainly an interesting mix, but for me the only displayed one I would want is the duck. It's cute!! I would like building instructions for it, but the entire package doesn't really inspire me to spend more.

By in United States,

I have all five big versions and am very excited to add this.

Also relieved it doesn't include 40503 Dagny Holm as I skipped it and would feel compelled to get one to match a mini model.

Cool GWP and all, but I'm bummed by the news that 5x VIP points is in-store only.

@huw or other Brickset staff- do you have any word on this?

By in Greenland,

So, it is a Lego set that is a tribute to Lego sets that are a tribute to Lego?

By in United Kingdom,

583 pieces, feels like at least £200 minimum spend. Looks amazing though

I think you could even add in that the original sets were a tribute to the Lego House, which is a tribute to Lego!

No, we know no more than the rumour mill.

Lego's page doesn't seem to say a lot about what VIP Weekend is, other than a "great time to rack up points" (which I read as "hey, spend money now so you can spend some more money in another week!"). Any leads on what it's actually about?

By in Australia,

I love this set but it also makes me said for the sets I couldn't get as Billand is a long way from Australia!! Thank-you for the information Brickset :)

double vip points, and most likely the ability to get early access to this gwp and the winter elves one before black friday. That's about it really

We are only missing 40366. As amusing as a "parent and child" display would be, I think we can live without it.

Love this set, but dreading what the spend will be.

Cool. The only tribute duck I have so far is the lenticular sticker. I'd probably be bummed about missing out on the Eiffel set, but I never got the Hans Christian Anderson set that sorta led off this series.

By in Australia,

I wish sets like this (and indeed all GWP sets) would be available to purchase outright. It sucks when I’ve already bought all the big expensive sets I want and then something like this shows up and I gotta find a bunch of other stuff I wasn’t planning on picking up or whatever in order to meet the GWP threshold.

Very cute little set, but not quite so 'Home of the Brick' when 3 out of the 5 have been available in the UK!

5x VIP points (25% back) is incredibly high, I would be amazed if that were true.

Only for a few sets... The ones that you can currently, alternatively buy discount vouchers with VIP points for use online.

250 euros to spend to get this set. Not bad!
