Harry Potter Advent Calendar - Day 5

Following two days of furniture for Honeydukes, the Harry Potter Advent Calendar again moved outside on day four. I wonder whether another minifigure will emerge next.

Ron Weasley joins Harry today, also wearing his cold weather garb featured in The Prisoner of Azkaban. This minifigure includes two unique elements, as the torso accurately recreates Ron's jacket from the movie and looks nice, while this colour combination for the dual-moulded hat and hair component is also new.
This piece was produced for Fred and George Weasley's Collectable Minifigures and lacks the tassels shown on Ron's hat in the film, although this is still a reasonable match. The minifigure includes medium legs too, which is consistent with earlier versions of Ron from the Prisoner of Azkaban, as well as his fellow Third Year students.
Ideally, this minifigure would feature a frightened expression to reflect the movie, although with two exclusive parts already, expecting a third would probably be greedy! As always, Ron wields a reddish brown wand, completing a delightful minifigure.
Overall - Harry Potter Advent Calendars tend to deliver appealing minifigures and this unique depiction of Ron is excellent.

Ugh. For some reason I was thinking this was one of the twins, and that it meant needing to get ahold of a second copy. Fortunately, I hadn’t acted on that yet.
The tassels are definitely the most iconic piece of clothing from this sequence in the film, but Ron does wear a hat like this in Order of the Phoenix and Half-Blood Prince.
