No doubt they will start to appear elsewhere soon. Are you excited?

Ooh, good luck feeling for those...
Cool! Looks like they come with extra pieces?
I like the cloud stand, and the improved neck build.
Interesting that you don’t get any building instructions.
That inverted tile looks interesting. That cloud plate strangely reminds me of megabloks...
Can't see these being too popular due to the fact you can't tell which one your getting by feel beyond if its Uni-Kitty or the pup, or one of the two sitting versions.
Lego attacking scalpers. Is this the first time they included extra pieces?
Why?
Can't wait for these!
Are the ears new too?
@GrizBe: I think a lot of AFOLs would probably be surprised at how many kids buy blind-packaged toys at random and actually enjoy the surprise.
@Quinton S: No, the first few series of collectible minifigures had extras.
@BrickHelix: Why not?
Well, these will be a pain to identify by feeling! My ex-wife would have loved this series.
The 1x3 piece is extremely niche but it should improve the stability of the heads greatly. I remember Unikitty's head falling off way too easily in the LEGO Movie sets.
My brothers was right about the bottom of the heads being smooth! I had said he saw that in the announcement news article (https://brickset.com/article/35666comment230296) and he was correct. So want to get those pieces.
Looking forward to this series but it is gonna be damn near impossible to find the one you want because they all have similar pieces.
Wait, they come with spare pieces?! And that new tile piece is so different & so awesome.
THIS IS SO AWESOME I CANT WAIT FOR THEM :) GREAT JOB LEGO AS USUAL WITH CMF’s
Are these not kitties? The headline says "unkitty" :-)
Oh God no!
Nice to see spare parts - especially as regular sets seem to be cutting down. It used to be that you'd get one spare (of certain pieces like 1x1 plates and tiles) per bag. I've noticed recently that I've only been getting one extra piece of each type per set. Has anyone else noticed this?
Is the tail on the queasy kitty the same as from Metalbeard’s sea cow set? That has been really hard to come by as a spare/replacement part!
When I bought metal beards sea cow it was missing sea sick unikitty. Now I can get one! Awesome!
I wasn’t that bothered, but Rick. I want Rick!
So what does the bottom of the cloud stand look like? Is it smooth?
I wonder if the cloud stand has antistuds on the bottom.
Ew no thanks LEGO
Pass. Hard pass. It's nice to see all those colourful extra-plates included, but buying a full set of these is going to be a nightmare. Plus, they all just look pretty ghastly.
@Aanchir "I think a lot of AFOLs would probably be surprised at how many kids buy blind-packaged toys at random and actually enjoy the surprise" Yes yes yes yes *clicking thumbs up a very large (but odd) number of times*
'Series 1'?!?
I know nothing about the show but for some reason these are very appealing.
I need a few for my YT channel!
Uhhhhhhhhh.... trippy??? And does anyone know about this rumored HP collectible minifig series?
Very strong printing quality even though I'm not one for the theme
@Brainslugged
Thanks. And yes I thought I was missing pieces because I always set aside extra pieces when I first build something.
The camo one is kinda cute!
I want the cake ones to use pieses as...cake xD
Am I excited?? Yes, but only because I like to have a few themes/sets which I have no interest in to give me a chance to catch up on everything I've missed from the start of the year. Some nice colours and designs in there but they do nothing for me. Good luck to anyone wanting to find a whole set straight from a shop.
I very much appreciate the new parts for holding the heads on. A major weakness of the original unikitty figures was that the single stud and plate often led to the heads falling off their neck pieces.
Now the head won’t fall off like it does always on my display
These don't appeal to me in the slightest, but good on whoever does like them. Feeling for them will be a massive pain; 6 standing Unikitties, 2 sitting ones, 4 Puppycorns (I hate this name for some reason).... once you've felt which of these groups you have in the bag in your hands, you have a 50% chance at best and 16.66% chance at worst of getting the one you want.
Awwww cute. Like a little bag of happiness.....
Dull dull dull...I might give these a pass(cos I HATE them!)...
@bookmum No they are not happy...
If Lego heads this way I will become licensed guy only
I'm a KID and I think these are bad...
Imagine what it will be like for certain AFOLs...
@jrbookworm BrickLite studios on YouTube has a leaked list. They come out in September so don't expect anything official for a while.
For those wondering about the stand, yes it does have antistuds and fits perfectly on a plate, abut the feel method not only there are six, four and two of the same models but the bag it's self is slightly longer than normal collectible series, it's also a bit thinner, but all of the parts are in standard lego plastic bag inside which is folded in half. So luck is probably the only way to go.
I've always been puzzled:
How does one go about buying those retail boxes of 60 packets, in the UK?
Despite the funky prints on these, I doubt that they will be as popular as any if the other CMF series'. They don't really have much appeal to me as I don't watch the cartoon and I assume most other AFOLs will be in a similar situation. Plus most of the pieces are not really very useful for MOCs etc.
Surely these will have bump codes? Is there confirmation of this yet?
This will be just like the Random NEXO Powers from last year, a first series, that probably won't lead to any more, but are at least picking up a few maybe try to get the whole set if you're that interested in multiples... Unless you find a single case and just buy one whole sleeve and get a good chunk of the set that way.
Personally I don't know what to take from these, but honestly I don't wish LEGO to fail or flop with this range of products as it may lead them to finally figuring out something concrete with market data for blind bagged products and perhaps it could lead us to seeing something different from the typical three sets a year in CMF form. If they made a series of little buildable animals or vehicles and released them as blind bag products that could be fun. Something similar to the old McDonalds happy meal toys where you could build random little things creatively and then mix and match for unique ideas.
Or a Micro-Brickheadz line of characters in Minfigure scale for Minecraft, Marvel or Star Wars... those would be interesting ideas for a blind bagged product line that might appeal to a wider audience than this Unikitty stuff that some folks seem so opposed to.
This looks so sweet bros
Looks like a whole lotta nope.
@Aanchir: Thing is, a heck of a lot of kids are like AFOLs and want the full set too and hate buying things where they might end up with duplicates. My friends kids and my own nephews who like lego for instance.
With minifig series I usually get sent out by them with a list to get specific ones. Zero orders for these so far.
Curious about the printing - the art shows it goes all around but the ‘chest’ here isn’t printed, unless its on 3 sides and the ‘butt’ got put to the front.
Man those cloud baseplates look aweseome, love that CMF lines are getting creative with their base plates.
How much are they though?
I would rather buy left over chewed up bricks from a kinder garden.
@Cheshire_axolotl the printing is on three sides, my 9yo daughter built it and I didn't realise it when I took the picture.
@LINK_O_NEAL in Croatia all LEGO is a bit more expensive than in Germany or UK, these are about 5.30€ while the regular CMF are about 4.80€.
I will have to buy at a specialized lego minifigure website to have a complete series. Feeling them is impossible.
Another question: if this is series 1 of Unikiitty, will be more?
Me and my son still love the surprise with blind bag CMF's. It's fun and we keep the extras for parts or we give them to his friends, little presents when visiting relatives.
The ones we miss, we complete the sets getting them on eBay.
Gonna' pass on this series but future CMF's are still on our must buy list.
I love them! They just look fun! :D
Oh, and I guess my kids will like them as well.
When will these be out in the US?
Looks like you can narrow the possibilities down. Maybe you can feel for the 6 Kittys with the arch piece and curvy tail. 4 kittys with the arch piece and round tail. 2 sitting Kittys with no arch piece and curvy tail.
Buy a box and sell the ones you don’t want. Problem solved.
Neat printing quality and that 1x3 invsrted tile is great.
@thebugg: The show doesn't seem to be popular... 5.9/10 score on IMDb from over 300 reviews and apparently has averaged about 0.7million viewers an episode on Cartoon Network.
The reviewer said "nipple"
@Grizbe, who’s reviewing it online though? The adults that clearly wouldn’t be interested in it or young kids that likely wouldn’t be on those websites? AFOL’s not enjoying the show doesn’t mean much. It’s not meant for us. These bags might sell well with the kids that would actually be interested in it.
Websites like this talk about the show because it involves Lego, but it’s not a show for us.
Sunshine Rainbows and Happiness! Yay! I want them! all of them!
I maybe an AFOL but I just love Unikitty. :3
@monkyby87: You'd be surprised by how many kids leave reviews for things.
These and the sets appeared briefly in my local Tesco this morning but when the guy putting them out went to get price labels he quickly came back and the standee was taken back in to the warehouse!
Found some of the sets and blindbags in my local Tesco (Liverpool) this morning. The bags are £3.50. Picked one at random and got 11 Seasick Kitty. I like the cloud bases, might have to get some more.
Anyone know if these are Tesco exclusive?
@JordanMenace on the top of the cardboard standee there is a small box that reads "exclusively at Tesco" but it's not clear if it's referring to the particular set it's next to or all the Unikitty lines.
I was quite appalled by the £3.50 price tag too, bought two anyway but still....
