We will continue to update prior articles and the database with pricing information and more images as they arrive. There could even be more sets yet to be revealed!

Additionally, our first review of a set announced yesterday will be published later today.

Which sets are you most looking forward to? Let us know in the comments.

Everywhere Lego collectors work, productivity decreased the last 2 days.

By in United Kingdom,

I look forward to seeing which ones I still want after seeing more images and prices.

Lego puts a limit on items in wish lists. You can only have thirty items.

I have 2 wish lists on Lego now, under £100 and over £100.

Surprisingly the former has more items.

I think that will change by the time these sets are all on the site.

By in United Kingdom,

The delivery truck looks good.

They sure are pumping out a lot, although I'm finding the more they do the less I'm interested in it. I look at many of the new sets and think didn't they just do that or something similar. Fortunately for me, I am not a completionist, so can happily skip things that look like stuff I already own.

Confirmed, it's almost at zero by now :D

I noticed that most of these new sets have a product photo showing a tablet with building instructions pictured next to the LEGO pieces. I hope this does not mean that these sets do not contain printed instructions anymore.
This would be very bad in my opinion

Super strong summer wave, from both a play and display value. Lego really wants our money, don't they?

It's a company. That's what they're there for.

Monkie Kid and Ninjago sets for me, the rest, not so much.

Clearly I have a blind spot for video game sets, forgetting about Sonic and Super Mario! Both have now been added.

Not Lego Star Wars. :P

By in Switzerland,

Great wave. Favorite sets? Too many to mention, but include at least:

- LEGO Truck
- The big construction crane
- The harbor
- The excavator
- The all new and improved Great Hall (I know, I just love them like I love Landspeeders)
- Aragog
- All the brickheadz
- The Durmstrang ship
- All the speed champions (did not care much for the previous wave... guess I just love Astons, Lambos and Mercs)
- The Lunar Rover
- The Captain Rex thing (as much as I do not agree with LEGO doing this... if you write in an instruction book that the minifigs are exclusive, then I would understand this as exclusive... forever. They should have just not given it armprinting, or sth else to differentiate it)
- The batmobile (love me some Animated Series batmobile... and I hope that Jazzinc Dioramas will follow through with creating their promised 1/6 scale Animated Series Batmobile)

It's fine. Too many people have too much money globally these days, no matter how high inflation is. No matter how much Lego charges, it will be sold out and then re-sold for double the price and more later on anyways

By in Poland,

If i was rich, I would get most of those sets. Pretty awesome unroll. I tried to limit myself quite hard but I still have 11 'must-have' sets... Thankfully those indepth Brickset reviews will slash that number at least in half. But still, well done Lego, bravo!

It took LEGO 47 years but they finally remade 853: Car Chassis with the release of 42182 : NASA Apollo Lunar Roving Vehicle - LRV :) :)

Absolutely. Building with digital instructions takes a lot of the pleasure out of building. I stopped buying the Designer sets because of it.

If LEGO offered to provide printed instructions from the digital ones, for an extra cost, I would readily do it.

Exciting wave. My wanted list has almost doubled these last few days!

Love the EXO Force mech in the Robot World set

Interesting idea for the Amethyst in Minecraft... it's not quite right to the game but I like it. Also I expected to get an End City Ship way back when 21152 's name leaked all those years ago...

Feels like LEGO is experiencing some really strong years. - The majority of these sets look great and seem to be well timed. - Glad to see them keeping the train rolling strong!

Same here.

I don't collect Speed Champions sets, but LEGO is doing an incredible job at recreating those cars in LEGO form. I especially like the F1 cars, they just look so good!

Can Brickset as a RLFM give feedback to TLG that they have really bad time management for reveals? Releasing 100 sets in one go at the same time as starting May the 4th promo is just cruel to all the news blogs and fan media who do their advertisement "for free".

I doubt it, people who cant afford or dont wish to use a tablet wouldnt be able to buy the sets

Gravatar

It is silly really. Only just May and they release images of advent calendars. That is as bad as M&S putting out Easter eggs on 27th December.

We have given this feedback many times, to little avail. Sets are revealed this way because retailers are allowed to publish images of most sets thirty days before their release, hence everything in a single wave tends to be announced at the same time. We have also asked for images and pricing information in advance previously, so we are not left using poor quality images from retailers and do not have to wait and see whether LEGO.com adds the sets to get international prices, but that is seemingly too complex to arrange.

It is frustrating, but to be fair to LEGO, there are so many sets nowadays that spreading out the announcements as much as they once were is simply not possible.

Agree 2024 has been a really good year for Lego designs so far. For me in addition to cost, there's also the huge problem of space - I don't want this stuff to take over!

By in United States,

So much to be excited for! A lot of exciting sets in the City, Friends, Ninjago, and Monkie Kid themes!

Still hoping for more pics of some of these... in particular, I'm eager to see the interior of the Celestial Pagoda set.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I’m just blown away by how good so many of these sets look! We are in such a golden age and there is no end in sight!

Gravatar
By in Germany,

@CapnRex101 OK, I understand. Thanks for the explanation. There are really too many sets in the portfolio nowadays and every two month comes a new Tsunami wave. Quantity instead of quality (of the sets) is the new motto.

Gravatar
By in Poland,

Very nostalgic wave.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Just gone through all the sets now announced. Not much for me personally but I am glad lots of people will be excited by the additions to their chosen themes. Hopefully, if rumours are to be believed, there will be several large sets still to come this year which will re-open my wallet...

Gravatar
By in United States,

Ever-expanding volume and variety, I am partial already to the moon buggy above the rest. Is that a reference to Exo-force in the robot world set? The more the years go by, the more I regret ignoring that theme while I was in the target age range back in the mid 2000s

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

With a lifelong geeky passion for human spaceflight (just old enough to have seen the last Apollo missions) I’m very excited to see the Lunar Roving Vehicle. Wonderful!

I’m a little frustrated however that the piece count and price have been inflated with the peripheral-build experiments, etc. I’d have preferred just the LRV and none of that ‘display clutter’.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I don't like how many custom pieces they are making, such as the tires for the Lunar Rover. It's less "Lego" with every new customized piece, instead of requiring that we use our imagination for some of the detail. At what point does it just become a model kit? That said, a lot of really good sets in this wave, for sure. The City harbor and modern house are really good, IMO. The HP sets are really well done, as well.

Gravatar
By in United States,

It's sad that LEGO Star Wars has become do dull in comparison to almost every other theme. I've been enjoying the diorama sets, but that about it—and I'm not even sure if we're getting any more of those.
